5Whoever had the idea to limit the number of people in the weight room here for "social distancing" is completely ignorant. There are numerous studies proving social distancing is completely useless. It's clear you people don't care about science and just care about inconveniencing students. Please learn how to properly run a workout facility.
I went too school here back in the CMSU days, my son and i came for one of the basketball camps and this place has had a major overhaul.it looks great
Very useful for the students and have good sports and gym facilities, basketball, volleyball, badminton, courts are provided and vast gym is provided probably more than 100 people can do accomodate at once with different equipment. Well organized and cleanly maintained with friendly staff.
I try to go here before class three times a week. Lots of exercise machines as well as a free weight room. Indoor track, large basketball court, lockers and showers. Front desk has a sign about personal trainers but I haven't looked into them. Nice hours and availability. Only complaint is lack of nearby parking.
I miss this place. Had a great time volunteering for project community connect here.
