We use Dr. Mark here (but every dr we've seen has been great) and absolutely love it! I bring my 2 year old son and will be bringing any other kids we have! I was recommend to use them by both my sisters. Anytime we need to get in to see the doctor they made sure we were able to. The nursing staff is great and amazing with my son. I highly recommend you bring your kids here!

I would give the doctors 5 stars but due to their smart butt staff I won’t.

We have been a client for 3 years, never late to an appointment and we moved last month. Due to the move I used GPS to get to the office for an appointment and it accidentally brought me to the wrong office. Which when I was driving I thought it didn’t seem right but we moved quite a bit out so I didn’t question it. Once I pulled up I realized it was the wrong office and immediately drove to the new office.

We arrived 17 minutes after our appointment which yes is late but I explained what happened. My child is very sick and isn’t attending school and really needed to be seen. The office staff rudely make remarks like “she says she drove to the wrong office” (as if I’m making it up) and “well you should of called”

Yes, I could of stopped and called but I was driving and not going to use my phone. I honestly understand that being 17 minutes late is horrible but the rude comments and remarks were not called for. If it wasn’t for how great the doctors are we would switch providers

My son has been attending this pediatrician’s office for about 6 years now. The staff is absolutely amazing from the Doctors to the Nurses to the ladies at the front desk to the people that answer the phones; everyone here! I am just continually impressed at their care and the prompt way they respond to refill requests and thorough ways they answer every single question I have or even questions my now 8 year old son has. This office is just absolutely amazing! My son and I are so lucky to have them at a phone call away or a quick trip away! Thank you all at SP! ️️️️️

This office is amazing and has been an absolute blessing to me and my daughter. Dr. Schnidman is one of a kind doctor and truly cares about her patients ️

We love Suburban Pediatrics! The staff is always helpful & courteous. We have never had any issues scheduling appointments, even last minute appointments when our child has been ill. Dr. Mark is our primary and he is so wonderful; we have also seen Dr. Kebler & Dr. Schneidman. We have had nothing but positive experiences and would recommend this practice to anyone in search of great pediatrician!

Dr. Kebler is the best! He relates to children very well, goes above and beyond to help parents understand and answer any questions and truly cares. We have found the other staff helpful and caring at their practice.

I was in the neighborhood and stopped by to make an appointment. I was told by 2 staff members that appointments should be made only over the phone and I should not be stopping by without one. I was also rudely judge for being overdue on my children's checkups. My question for your staff: Are you there to provide health services for patients or are you there to judge patients? Definitely will not go back to that office to be scolded like a child.

I will miss Harold Sitrin. He was my pediatrician growing up and was my son's pediatrician for a short time. Dr. Walther will be an excellent replacement as well. Very nice people.

I have used Suburban Pediatrics for 6 years now. They were recommended to me by a friend in my church. I use Dr. Quinn and absolutely love her. I have not ever experienced the staff being unprofessional but in times of urgency (when my fourth had dangerous levels of biliruben in his blood) one nurse stayed after hours to provide me with a nurse. I'd say they are definitely worth a visit!

The staff is very unprofessional. We have witnessed staff placing customers on hold in order to finish personal conversations with other staff members. Even when presented with documented evidence of insurance coverage, office REFUSED to resubmit a bill that was denied by Aetna in error. Aetna would have paid the bill had it been submitted, but office chose to send to collections instead. MD failed to acknowledge a significant problem with son's eye, which after seeing a much better doctor it was determined immediate intervention was needed. We made the right decision for our children by leaving this facility for a much more professional and caring MD.

I give a good rating only for because Dr. Kebler is amazing. As for the rest of the staff I cant say the same. Every time I contact the office the nurses or receptionists are very rude. It is very hard to get an appointment to see Kebler, I understand he is very busy but it has come to me refusing to see anyone but him. Every single time I take my son to the office which is not very often the other doctors do not focus on the problem I am there for. As soon as they see my son they instantly go towards his eczema, which if they would read his chart they would see it has gotten better and he has had it since he was 6 weeks old. I have had the nurses tell me that my son does not need to be seen when he has 106 degree fever. The only reason why I still send my son there is because Kebler is a great doctor, he was my husband and his whole families pediatrician. If only he would open his own practice. So I recommend if you don't like disrespectful women then this is not the doctors office for your children.

The staff at the office on Bayless is beyond amazing. I had problems with my oldest daughter's pediatrician at another practice, and was in desperate need of a switch. She started seeing Dr. Kebler, and we haven't looked back. My second daughter was born in Feb and was supposed to be a patient of Dr. Kebler as well. She had reflux issues shortly after birth, and we needed to get her in ASAP. Dr. Kebler wasn't available on short notice that day, but the staff booked us with Dr. Mark to make sure we were seen, and he is stellar as well. Very patient, attentive, and super easy to talk to. He's now my baby's permanent doc. We have had interactions with a few other pediatricians on staff there as well, and have yet to be disappointed with the quality of care and level of service. Additional perks are the Saturday morning appointments, and Sunday availability for emergencies at their other office. I couldn't be happier with everyone that we've come into contact with at the office, and my kiddos are just as impressed. Love Suburban Pediatrics, and I can't say it enough.

The doctors and staff at Suburban Pediatrics are beyond amazing. We have been with their practice for over 10 years now with 7 children! Some of our children had difficult beginnings and two of our children had special needs. Regardless of any situation, the doctors and staff have loved on our family and carried us through any trial!

The office staff will bend over backward to help you through insurance problems or to find you affordable and immediate medical equipment when needed. The nurses are always smiling and caring. The doctors are top notch in their field.

The Bayless office is open Monday-Saturday for appointments, and the West County office is open on Sunday for sick children. Rarely is there ever a need to visit an urgent care! See your own doctor and save money! That's peace of mind.

Our family moved from south to north county, but after a year of living here, we've continued to see Dr. Kebler and the staff at Bayless. If we have an ill child, that child is always seen the same day. Plus, anytime you call, a pediatric nurse practioner ANSWERS the phone! This means you can get a prescription over the phone if necessary!

I have recommended Suburban Pediatrics to countless of families with out hesitation.

Called for an introductory meeting with a doctor, my wife and I are expecting, was astonished to hear that they didn't have an opening for two weeks! Other offices in our area that were accepting new patients were glad to get us in within a few days! No problems! In addition the receptionist (Stacey) was not only unapologetic but had the nerve to say that "if you would have started sooner it wouldn't be a problem". Like we want people like that caring for our child!

We've been very happy with everything there. They're open when most other offices aren't and have been very helpful and caring for our son.

I love Dr. Hester. However, it can be extremely hard to get an appointment with the office, if you go through the receptionist. The nurses are great at getting you in as soon as they can.
