Subway, Maryland Heights MO

If i could give less stars i would. I ordered a sandwich through the Subway App from this location. When the sandwich arrived via delivery it was opened and looked like someone smashed it. When i called the store to see if i could get another sandwich i was told they did nothing wrong and they would not fix it.and then proceeded to hang up on me twice. Will never be eating at this Subway again.

Stopped at this location to buy my dad lunch and had no idea what to get. The staff was friendly and helped me pick a sandwich that he ended up loving. Thanks for the help. Nice Subway

This place is great. Service is outstanding and the employees are always nice. They make my Steak n Cheese awesome.:)

So much for staying open until 8pm, pulled up at 7: 20pm today and all the lights went out. Apparently this is a regular thing!

I placed a BIG order online for my clients this afternoon at lunch. The employees that were working when I arrived were so helpful, labeling all the sandwiches and making sure I got everything I ordered. They were all very sweet too!

Appreciate you all being open during COVID19. However, my order called for Italian bread. Got WHITE BREAD. It was like rubber. NOT GOOD.

They sold me bread that was harder than the hood of my car! When I returned to get a refund they turned the lights off and refused to answer the door at 6: 40pm & they close at 7.

I ordered online because I have limited time on my lunch break, so I place the order ahead of time and then clock out with enough time to get there just a few minutes after the time they tell me. Well, when I get in, five minutes after my expected time, they hadn't even started my order. There was one customer in the store, and four people that I saw working. Moreover, they got about halfway through assembling my sandwiches, and then the gentleman doing so had to stop and have someone else take over because he didn't know HOW to make my sandwich. I didn't customize the sandwiches at all. They were simply as they came on the site. I wound up spending ten minutes of my half hour break just waiting for my pre-ordered food to be completed. I had to clock right back in to work as soon as I returned to the facility. I MIGHT be able to eat today between calls. Let's hope.

With Subway in general, the food is always very bland. There is almost no taste, no matter what you put on it. It's a waste of money.

I know it's boring but I almost always get the cold cut combo. I get it toasted with yellow mustard. The flavor reminds me of having a tender hotdog.

I came in for a GrubHub order. The food was not ready and I don't have details of order other than name of items. I did not want to wait in line, especially since I don't know what to order. I ask the employee their name and they refused and then told me to leave and called the cops. I told them I was here for the GrubHub order and it's a public place and if your running the store you must tell me your name. They called police and never gave me my food.

Girl wouldn't shut up about her personal life.kept forgetting what i was asking for because of the forced conversation. Bad service.
