I made an online order and double checked 3 times to make sure I selected the correct time 630pm and then when I submitted the order it said it would be ready at 605pm. I submitted the order at 546pm. I started calling the store as soon as I saw it said it was going to be ready at 6: 05 p.m. Instead of the 6: 30 p.m. That I selected online. I didn't get anyone to answer until 5: 52 after calling five times in a row. Kept ringing. Finally, a young man answered and I told him What had happened in his exact words were "about that, they're already made" and I said okay. Well I'm actually somewhere where I can't leave and I can't be there till 6: 30 that's why I selected the 6: 30 but I called as soon as I submitted the order but no one answered and he said yeah. That was because we were busy making other online orders and then I politely asked if there was any way that I could have them remade to be ready by 6: 30 So that way they weren't all gross and soggy and he said "well, What am I going to do with the other one that's just a waste of money. " Which I 100% understand but also it was an error from the website and I continued to call as soon as I notice and no one answered. And looking at the other reviews. Everyone else is having the same experiences I did.rude customer service.

Went there to get 2 sandwiches with the coupons I received in the mail and was told they don't accept coupons due to rising costs of food also had a hand written note hanging stating no coupons accepted. I mean who doesn't take coupons! Thats the whole reason I went there was to use my coupons! The drive through has bever been open except 1 time I saw a car in the drive through. This place is ridiculous! Won't be going back! Apparently the owner of this place doesn't care about the reviews they get because you can see clearly see a lot of bad reviews! Corporate needs to go to this place!

I received good service, and my order was done very quickly. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was soft.

Terrible employee's nasty restaurant and bathrooms. Live 4 miles from it. Use to be nice. Get an adult in there running. Apparently corporate doesn't go in there. So sad

This subway has really gone down hill. Prices went up, which I get, but they are putting less on your sandwich as well. The workers are rude and slow. Always running out of food up front. They need some management there at all times.

Why won't they fix the air conditioner? It has to be awful working there during the summer. It also seems as though they are trying to run customers off. Drive thru is also never open. Do they even care about this location anymore?

I stopped in on Saturday 5/21/2022 around 1230pm. While waiting to order my food I noticed that the guy/kid behind the counter was chewing his fingernails and spitting them out. I told him that you can't do that, that this is suppose to be a clean area for prepping food. He proceeded to tell me that I can do whatever I want, my grandma owns the place. I would not let him touch or prepare my food. I would pay attention to what those behind the counter are doing especially if they are touching your food.

Came in and a girl was behind counter messing with bread, after 5 minutes a guy came out and a couple minutes later he asked what we are having, what ever happened to "hi, can I take your order"

So. I tend to critique places I have worked before because I be personally worked there and know what it should be like.
With that being said. Drive thru has been closed a long time and I hate going in. I realize they are understaffed like most but There were two people working there.neither one acknowledged I was there. They were working on App order I found out and never looked up.so after the app order about 7 mins later for 2 sandwichs and two people making the order.one girl asked what I needed. No.hi how are you welcome to Subway. Nothing just what are you getting.so now mind you I got nothing toasted or heated. And she was so slow at making the sandwich and the other girl wasn't fast either.felt like I was in there forever. I got 3 ft longs all the same everything. Except green pepper Because they didn't have any. Nothing either one of them did was fast and a pet peeve of mine! Don't put gloves on to make a sandwich and touch other things like cashing people out or cups or microwaves etc.that leads to cross contamination. One person make sandwiches and one person cash out.or if 3 people. One put on meat on.one do toppings and one cash out.otherwise there is no reason for gloves. Don't cash someone out and with the same gloves start an order with the same gloves on! Change out your gloves! If you touch anything else besides food!
Most people don't notice that but I do since I worked a Subway for a long time awhile back. I actually notice that anywhere gloves are being worn. Also they are unorganized.why have 2 sections and only use one side? Less cleaning but more runnings to the back during service when they are out of things.
So food was good. Service was slow and the owners need to train people better.so they don't second guess the job move faster and keep your customers away from money germs. And teach them how to work more efficiently!

I have disability and cannot be vaccinated so little walking and human contact is necessary. Website said curbside delivery, drove to the drive-through window and young man said no you have to come inside! He was 3-4 feet from me and wouldn't just hand me my order that was already there and paid for! We've shopped here since it opened however this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

Very slow had no line in 1 sandwich took forever and just made a wreck of a sub.been to many times now this was my last visit to this subway

Ok. So here it goes. I'm not sure if they've changed hands or what is going on. It seems like new owners and they are leaning. They were out of lettuce and half of the normal stuff you'd get on a sandwich. The staff was very nice and let you know that they not knowledgeable about some things. So id say continue to visit them for your subway needs and we'll see if they improve.

I have never been so disappointed. I asked for toasted and hot and got half toasted and lukewarm. Flavor in meat as well as toppings was missing. As if leeched out somehow. Add the fact it is the most expensive I have been to as well.

I do not getting soggy food or incorrect orders. Those issues comes down to staff.the employees need proper training.

Yesterday me & my husband got there just after opening. I asked if they still had roast beef & the girl said no, so I ordered something else. Then my husband wanted the meatball sub. The girl kinda did an eye roll & said those aren’t done & they’ll take a really long time to fix, so he ordered something else.
I went today to get a sandwich for myself. I walked in, the music playing was quite loud. No one was behind the counter. I stood there a couple minutes. I walked to the end of the counter where the register is & I could see 2 people sitting in the back talking. 4 times I loudly say Hello. They didn’t seem to hear me so I tapped my key on the metal counter & they finally heard me.
Both times it was young people working. Aren’t there any adults that work there anymore? Clearly these teens need some kind of supervision. I know that times are tough right now, but we try to patronize businesses to keep them going. However if this is the kind service you’re going to provide, maybe you should just close.

Place is run down, I live half mile up the road and go there more than I'd like to. My order is rarely correct in the drive through. Additionally signage is incorrect pricing and store hours that are posted arnt correct as well. Place is garbage.

I got two sandwiches and I bet a waited at least fifteen minutes and I was the only one there in the drive thru and it wasn't no special orders either maybe that's why no one goes there

Another drive thru and get what they give you, ordered white bread and get cheese herb or what ever they call it. And the only reason we went thru the drive thru was because the lobby was closed. Never again. If the lobby is closed I drive away.

They always seem to close before their posted hours. It's ran by a bunch of teens who never seem to get my order correct. I ordered two meals, didn't get meal discounts and paid $27! Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. And I have issues like this every time I go there.
