Subway, Kirkwood MO

I have been here numerous times and they always make you feel so welcomed. They give you exactly what you pay for, and they are always offering to give you cookies and chips on the side, just out of kindness. The best Subway I have ever been to. All of the staff goes above and beyond!

This subway location is fantastic. Great service. Great quality of condiments. I’m not very much a “sub person” but this place is nice. You can tell the owner/operators really care. Highly recommend.

So many people in line and the employees are literally moving at the pace of snails during lunch rush.

Cold cookies and the worker said I didn’t have a choice when I asked him to heat them. Never coming back. For sure

Finally found a subway that isn't scared to put meat on your order! They fill the bowl of salad and the sandwiches look like the pictures. It was so good! So clean too and so convenient for when your running late My daughter had a dance class to get to and they got my order so quick and the food was so good! 10/10 recommend.

I love this location! The owners (I’m assuming they’re a couple) are extremely nice. I’m a vegetarian, and I never get my sandwich with cheese, but he loads that thing up with veggies, which is awesome! I’m used to people filling it with the minimum. Plus, you get a free cookie at checkout! Great service, great sandwiches, free cookies. Can’t say enough about this place.

The woman who runs this place is, without a doubt, the highlight. She never fails to be pleasant and friendly and helpful, and always brings a smile to the face.

This is subway we are writing a review about, so it's not like we are writing about super high class food here. BUT I write because the owners were more then 5 star. My family was so incredibly impressed with the kindness and generosity of the owners. They literally made our day better. We walked out of that door feeling cared about. Very impressed. They were not skimpy on ingredients either. For sure, go here, enjoy the food and just go to support such wonderful business owners that leave such a good impact on their customers.

I've been overcharged about 3 dollars for every sandwich and wrap I've ever ordered here and I'm honestly just tired with it. I filed a complaint formally and the owner had the audacity to formally respond to me via email saying that it is my error in not understanding the pricing of menu items. The Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole wrap is 7.99. The owner, YES THE OWNER, repeatedly has rung up my order as the footlong that costs 11.99. It's happened about a dozen times and I'm just done with it. I've even brought it up when I watched it happen at the register. I get we are all struggling during this pandemic but to scam me out of a couple extra bucks is just ridiculous. I'll drive the extra mile to another location from now on.

I freaking love this place! Every time we walk in they are super nice and friendly. Nice to see some customer service in this day and age.

I am saddened. This a franchised location struggling to stay in business from the outbreak. And upon entering, i was greeted with one of the nicest employees ever. This is a fantastic location, and i urge people to stop by and support those who need it. This location deserves to stay in business.
