Subway, St. Louis MO

Megan is great! Came in today, she was super attentive & always is. This Subway is clean, some of the employees are a little much as far as loud and obnoxious or my sandwich is messy. Today, this girl was super friendly & really did a good job.

Didn't cook the bacon for and then put literally 2 whole ice cream scoops of avocado on a 6 inch sub. Like i wanted a sandwich not gazpacho k

This is my favorite Subway that I've visited - and that includes a lot of them across thousands of miles and four decades. The difference is that this crew - for eight years now, regardless of turnover - always nails exactly what I request. They read, and they follow, and they're fast, and they're pros, and they've never once failed me.

The service was great. The store was clean and tidy. The worker was friendly, attentive and efficient. I think I'm done wasting money at Subway for bread sandwiches. This isn't the worker's fault of course. Subway allocated only a few ounces of meat per foot long. The sandwich was tasty, just not filling.

I only went in to get a soda I opted for bottle because it showed it was a $1.49 on the menu when the young lady rang me up it came to almost $6 then she told me I didn't understand how tax worked because that's what made it go to $6 and I tried explaining to her over and over again your menu says it's a $1.49 when she finally understood what I was trying to say she opted to just let me know that the menu was incorrect and it's actually 2.49 for a soda. They can keep their soda and sandwiches for that matter.

Don't like the way they advertise coupons but when take them to be used, they said they take the coupons.really.

Straightforward and quick. They do need to manage the time better for lunch and they deserve much more. Love their work ethics. The location is a bit small but good for small crowds in this small plaza. Glad it's here because other locations could make it further. Very clean. There are zero outlets in this location if you need to plug in for work. The spinach was not fresh even if it was from a unopened bag.

A little hard to hear the young ladies making the sandwiches, but the service was good. Very polite. And clean inside.

Well I haven't been in a while but I can say I definitely missed it the chicken bacon ranch has always been my favorite great place to have a quick sandwich excellent customer service

Placed two online orders and both were made incorrectly by two girls and they also forgot all sides. Called to take to the manager who acted like I was in the wrong. Said he will call me back but didnt.

The first good sub I’ve had in awhile from Subway! I’ve been getting stale/not soft bread lately and the whole reason I go there is for the bread. Delicious cookies too! Precautions are taken for COVID, although the window in place at the register is kind of awkward, like it was built as if everyone is 6’ so the glass doesn’t actually start until like your forehead which sort of defeats the purpose.

Horrible. Never ever will I go here. I did a mobile order. I then went in and asked the 2 girls making my sandwich to put extra banana peppers on it as they were making it. So I assumed they made it correct. Mind you they had orders all over and sandwiches on top of sandwiches on the counter. They tell me my sandwich was ready. Get home and both were wrong. Bacon chicken ranch was cold and had mayo. The Italian BMT was plain no condiments. I finally get in touch with the heartless, could care less owner Amir. He tell me that if he gets more complaints he will call me. Still waiting. Like I care about other complaints. Sorry excuse of a owner

Remember when a sandwich was more than bread? This is a tuna sandwich? ! They spread instead of scoop now. No thanks. New owner, new policies. Cheapin out in all the goods

The food and service was amazing. I’ve been in some subways that I will never go back. I’ll drive the extra mile for this location’s service. Bread taste fresh and everything in store was clean.

I placed an online order and had my boyfriend pick it up. They did not verify with him the order, just handed him the bag. They did not have the chips or 20oz.cup with the bag of sandwiches. He came home and didn't realize the order was incomplete.

As if that wasn't annoying, I deeply regret getting the tuna fish. I was pretty ill after dinner. I will likely not get tuna fish from this Subway again.

It's pretty sad because I am finding more often than not, my experiences at Subway restaurants are negative.
