Love the touch screen menu for the drive through however the staff waiting until you get to the window to even start your food leaves room for improvement.

Unmannerly, curt, woman speaking rudely while taking my order. When she grabbed my footling bread, she smashed it with her fist. I didn’t say anything, fearing to agitate her more. But when she raised her voice to the elderly woman behind me, telling her the coupon she had was expired, (it wasn’t). I then told her it appeared she was having a terrible day, that I didn’t want anything more, paid for my sandwich, and left. The name on her scarf said; McKenzie. Sadly, I will not be returning, not only because of her attitude towards me, but the elderly lady behind me. The elderly lady showed her the coupon read February 26, NOT December 26.

To use the drive-thru here, you have to enter your order via a touchscreen on an outdoor kiosk. During the dinner hours, the sun glare on the kiosk is so bad that it is literally impossible to see the screen well enough to place an order. They state they are not able to take your order at the window, so you must go inside to place an order if you're not able to use the kiosk. That means their drive-thru is essentially useless during the time most people want to use it to place their order, so I just went to the restaurant next door and had such an easy experience with their drive-thru, I'll start frequenting them instead.

This was a ok experience. They were missing some ingredients and they were not very quick. I would eat here again because there is no other subway in town.

Highly disappointed. The young woman that waited on me 8/7 during the 5: 00 hour, must have been distracted by the younger man that was talking to her. I ordered a half turkey, whole spicy Italian & a new Golden Garlic wrap. We added 3 beverages and 3 oatmeal raisin cookies. I paid with my card and added a tip, declined my receipt when asked, before I knew she didn't give me my cookies! I called the shop many times - no answer! We were traveling from Springfield to KC and were a mile or more down the highway before we realized our cookies weren't in the bag! I would not have left a tip had I known. No cookies, no tip. I am out both. P. S. Trash can was overflowing in ladies bathroom.

I've stopped at this location, passing through Clinton a few times and have had tasty sandwiches and great service each time. Restrooms are clean.

I really don’t enjoy posting a poor review, but the subway in Clinton, MO was a really bad experience: (As the only 2 people in the restaurant, the 2 workers took 20+ minutes to take our orders. They claimed they had online orders to prepare, then vanished and started baking bread and taking smoke breaks. I ordered the Italian & herbs bread and they informed us that is was hard and rotten - making us question the quality of the entire shop… One of the workers also had a mouth of black, rotten teeth: (We ended up paying and throwing away our food. It didn’t seem worth the risk to eat. We have always loved Subway, but I don’t know that we can ever stomach it again after today. I really hope the manager or someone in Subway reads this review and implements changes to improve.

Went into Subway tonight and ordered 2 subs. It has been a long time since I had gone into a Subway. Thank you to the 2 guys that was working tonight for the great amazing customer we got to experience tonight!

My friend and I both got very sick shortly after eating your sub's two nights ago.
There was no line and it took 10+ minutes? Also what's up with the super spreader touch screen?

Had manager Makenzie refuse to give me store managers name then hung up on me 3 times with store manager standing right there. The worst customer service I have ever received. All over remaking 2 sandwiches they messed up. Also was given incorrect 1800 number on purpose

For all the workers they had behind the counter the line moved very slowly. The lady who seemed to be in charge also seemed to be in a very bad mood. Maybe some friendly customer training is needed. But on the good side- veggies looked fresh, bread and ingredients were up to Subway standards.

They did a great job serving a large number of scouts who stopped in on their way to camp. Food was good and service was fast.

Employees are rude were out of bread during dinner time sandwich just thrown together sloppy. This store has gone down hill fast these past couple months.

This was an interesting drive Thur in that you had a touch screen to order your sandwich and it was difficult to reach the screen in a truck. Stopped to grab a "quick" sandwich which took quite some time to get. We even got free cookies due to the wait time.
