Way more expensive than a sub shop should be. We spenr 36$ on two 12" subs, no chips or anything. Additionally, the place we visited didn't honor corporate promotions.

My sandwich, (12 Inch Veggie delight), was missing every ingredient and I wasn't made aware by a single staff member of being out of any veggies and my sandwitch literally consist of two veggies total (lettuce and cucumbers) and I ordered through touch screen through drive-thru a normal Veggie Delight 12" with three vegetables not only Two. The bread was not edible.

I have no idea why someone would be so rude to a customer when they walk in the door. This woman just acted like I wasted her time. Anytime I'd order anything she'd repeat it back to me sarcastically. When I asked for extra olives she literally added 3 olives and looked at me

I totally hate leaving negative reviews but i have to this time. Food was good, skimpy on toppings had to ask them for more & then again for more. Ask for a sanitizing rag to wipe off the table due to all the tables being dirty. The lady said while sitting on a chair behind the counter we have been really busy & handed me a paper towel. Mind you we were the only ones in the location at the time & instead of her cleaning the tables she went back to sitting down.

I placed an order last night through the app and I was so pleased when I received my meal, everything was perfect including the special notes with the right portion of condiments and veggies just like I asked very happy with my experience thank you!

We have visited this location several times, as there aren't other 'healthy' food options by my work. The "manager" has time and time again proven herself to be the nastiest, rudest, laziest, loud-mouth condescending slob I've ever had the pleasure to come across. Visited today after several months of boycotting the store because we were in a time pinch. To much surprise, she hasn't changed a bit. I'm sure it's hard to find good, reliable work, but I'd rather deal with a whole pack of lazy teenagers than this woman any day. Negative stars for me. Consistently nasty, I'll give her that.

We were ordering food and we didn't mind it was this girl's first day but we were trying to nicely tell her what went on her sandwich and the manager snapped at us. Never eating there again.

Rude, rude, rude female manager, always grumpy, mean to customers and staff. I see this is a consistent problem there. Very disappointing. I wish someone would actually read these and fix the problem!

Won’t be coming back here ever again. They try to force “tipping” on you. I’m not paying extra for someone to do their job, that’s the job of the business owner. I started only doing drive-thru because they didn’t request a tip there, now they do.

I refuse to visit any fast food establishment asking for tips at the register. Pay your employees better if you can’t get anyone to work for you without forcing tips onto customers on top of already inflated prices.

Service was horrible. Drive thru lady yelled at me because I wasn't wearing a mask in MY car. Then through my food at me and gave me a drink that was only a quarter of the way filled up.

One of the employees now working there came in in the middle of another employee trying to take my order and being very patient with me and the employee that came up was immediately very rude, yelling at me over the counter because I was trying to order off a list on my phone and the phone locked and it couldnt get it unlocked, she repeatedly asked what I wanted on the sandwich and it said I dont know in trying to pull the list back up on my phone, eventually she just kept yelling at me "THE TERYAKI SANDWHICH WHAT ON IT? " As I proceeded to say "I dont know" until I finally said screw this and walked out. Terrible display of rudeness from this employee, I would rather go to the most disgusting and broken down resturaunt and eat their mystery meat with cockroaches than ever eat here again.

I've been having such great sandwiches from this Woods Chapel Subway, I decided to post a review. Took an opportunity to speak with Jennifer at the drive-through window to compliment how good the sandwiches are of late, esp.when she was there (I think she is the manager) and she explained to me she holds herself and the staff to high standards for making a sandwich even better than customers would have at home! I really appreciated the care for quality and customer service! That is how it should be! Thanks Jennifer and crew!

Drive thru is a joke, I watched from the window as two people walked in got there sandwiches made and walked out before they even came to the window for me to pay. There was three employees in there and one was standing around doing nothing. When they finally took my card to pay they hadn’t even started making my sandwich. I sat there for about 10-12 minutes waiting for my food. Absolute joke

I was there today for lunch and this lady was letting her kid run around and make a mess with the drink station (it had an out of order sign on it and it kept making weird sounds when the kid was pressing on it and making syrup spit everywhere). The girl working asked the parents to do something about it, and the mom freaked out and started cussing the girls out. The girls had to call the cops on her because she was threatening to wait until they got off and beat them up in the parking lot and slash their tires. It was crazy, but the girls handled it really well. Great training.

The drive thru is so fast! At first I thought they gave me the wrong order because I literally just submitted my order a few seconds ago, but no! Everything was correct and they had it ready for me by the time I pulled up to the window! Amazing and super friendly!
