Horrible experience on my lunch break today. I tried to order online and it would not go through. So I drove to the store to place an order. Upon arrival the door was locked. The sign said open, the store hours posted on the door said open and according to the internet it said open at 9 am. I was there at 9: 40 and it was not open. There was a blonde lady at the counter who just stared at me yanking on the door. I ended up getting in my truck to leave. As I came to a stop at the stop sign, I looked back one more time and saw the lady unlocking the door as I left the stop sign. She could have opened it when I was yanking on it. I wasted my lunch break and time. Terrible customer service. I also tried to file a complaint online, but I couldn't because of the lack of store number. It's on the receipts and online on the store locator supposedly. But when you look online it gives you a 4 digit number and to file a complaint you need 6 digits then hyphen and 2 more. So horrible experience.not the first time I've been ignored by employees at this location.

I ordered a custom sandwich (took all the veggies off) for my little sister who is allergic to cucumbers and lettuce. They put all the vegetables on so we brought it back to be fixed and they refused to fix it unless we paid them. I had proof in my email that i removed all the vegetables and they still refused to fix it unless we paid them. Customer service is horrible. So glad I looked at the sandwich before i gave it to her, it saved a hospital trip. Never returning again. Do not recommend.

Was greeted at the door as soon as we arrived. Young lady was very polite and made our sandwiches perfectly. Took 2days to eat my sandwich. Mine had double meat and was delicious but more than I could eat at first. Made great lunch the next day! Finally a Subway I really enjoyed. Great job!

Warned everyone in line they only had 1 type of bread (15 min after Noon), were also out of 3 other items, charged incorrectly for our sandwiches, between them couldn't ring up the refund, they phoned the Manager who never answered, searched unsuccessfully for napkins (none at the front) and when we left: ANOTHER customer ran our sandwich out to us because they'd forgotten to sack. That's when I noticed they also charged us $4.87 for 3 cups of WATER. I warned a guy about to go in they are a DISASTER- he went somewhere else. You should too. We are.

Nice people. Great sandwich! And I love their cookies! The store is always clean (in my experience). You can't ask for much more than that.

There were two line staff making sandwiches and one manager at the register all three of them were friendly and I'm going and when I had a question they were very polite and answer them as if they had full knowledge of everything that they were doing. I definitely will be back

I ordered one of their new 12 series sandwiches. While there employees were polite and prompt, they messed up my sandwich. I didn't eat until I had gotten home and noticed then. I got a foot long monster which was supposed to come with bacon. And there wasn't any on my sandwich. I wouldn't care so much if it weren't for the fact that this singular sandwich with no chips or drink cost me over $14. If I'm gonna pay that much I feel like I should say least have gotten what I paid for. Subway (all of them) is just to expensive to go to anymore when a pretty basic sandwich costs me 15 bucks.

This has by far the worst subway i have had to pick up from. Im a dasher and rarely have issues at subway. This store has FOUR workers and still cant seem to get orders done in a timely matter. They aknowleged i was here, then ignored me and decided to make everyone's order ahead of my delivery even customers who had came in way after i got in.

Staff showed preferential treatment to people of their same skin color. I won't go back to this Subway ever.

Paid for an advertised 12" sub. My receipt even said 12" sub. When I opened it after I got home, I could tell it was smaller. I measured it and sure enough, it was only 10". This is the kind of thing that consumer class action lawsuits are made of. Unacceptable. I understand supply issues and trying to save money with rising costs, but that doesn't mean you have to rip off customers.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Me and my wife drive for GrubHub. When we got there the order wasn't ready. And the black kid that worked there kept taking orders from people coming in the door and making me and another mobile delivery driver wait. The other mobile delivery driver was white like myself. All of the customers he put before us were black. When I finally said something to him about putting people before me he started laughing. So I left and my wife contacted GrubHub and let them know of the situation. We was only getting $4 for that delivery and we could not sit at one store for 30 minutes for $4. Something really needs to be done about the racism taking place in your store

None of the mobile orders were ready because they were busy. I understand that but if people that place the orders are standing off to the side waiting for their food and don't attempt to make them and two of them cancel their orders.you lose that money.

Wow, I understand you guys have a shortage in staff.but does that mean kids are the only ones hired? For one, the guy being trained I'm guessing, does not listen and does not project his voice when speaking to the customers, so my sandwich was made wrong. No biggie I guess, but when my husband is ordering and the guy that is supposed to be training this kid yells to the kid making the sandwiches, "hey he is here that's him that's dude" and proceeds to point to the individual that walked in and immediately sat down, wasn't there for ordering, more like serving something to the employees.regardless of the shortage, this should definitely be addressed. It was very clear what was going on, shame on y'all

This place has everything all Sybways have. Why are you reading this review? All Subways are the same. That being said, the yeti hanging out in the parking lot was nice and didn't want money, just directions to the nearest dimensional gate back to his home world. The workers here are great and deserve raises
