Subway, St James MO

I will drive to Rolla next time to get my salad. I asked for avocado and as usual no evidence of any avocado in my salad. When I called they said they put avocado in it. I go here almost daily and I know when there avocado and when there isn't. I usually get a big scoop on top of my salad. No evidence of avacado! WOW don't post any negative! I got a very hateful phone call from the Subway employee! So unprofessional! I am contacting the owner!

I paid $25 dollars for my wife and I to eat a salad at Subway with no drinks. Ironically, I passed an Applebee's offering two meals with entrées for $25 dollars. I truly feel Subway ripped me off. By the way, the salad wasn't very good.

Nobody inside except for the 2 workers behind the counter. Didn't acknowledge us going in. We had to say hi to start the communication process. Then told them I had a coupon and they said they accept coupons there. I told them we were there because of the coupon. They said the owner of the store doesn't accept them. Some families don't make a lot of income to afford eating out and they wonder why they lose business and eventually have to close? I say a whole lot of nothing is nothing! I would chance taking the coupon so that the person will comeback and spend a regular non coupon price the next time! Good luck!

Same 'ol Subway. Convenient on the 4th of July to watch the fireworks across the highway.

Not sure if its corporate or franchise issue, but I paid for a meal over the app. The app claimed the meal was tracking and then ready only to find out that they never recieved the order. So why did the app say they did? I was told it would take 24 hours to recieve a refund and if I wanted my sandwhich Id have to pay again. And since I cant use coupon codes in the store Id have to also pay full price instead of the discounted price. Completely ridiculous. The employee there was nice and understanding, but if your app is saying that your meal is ready and has taken your money it should be ready. Absolutely unacceptable.

St James MO. 2 girls working this evening 7-24-22 around 5: 30. The girl working the veggie end and register IS NOT changing gloves in between handling money and dressing sandwiches. That's a $14 sandwich I won't be eating. DO NOT EAT THERE.

This subway might not look that great from the outside but the inside was nicely remodled with plenty of seating. I had the best mobile experience at the subway. I ordered through my phone and requested extra lettuce, pickles, onion and pepper. They loaded the sandwich up how I asked. Great job! The sandwich was ready when I arrived and I didn't have to wait in the 6 person line!

Food good serfice good 3 star because they were out of roast beef. Hard to make sandwiches with out it.

Came here around 6;00 the 2 girls working did an outstanding job. Super clean store and delicious quality. Thank you. Great employees

Got a grilled chicken, chicken on the side for my dog. The veggies on Italian was very good and the good liked her chicken.

Liked this Subway, great staff and took care of our needs! Clean store all around. Only issue no soda fountain drinks, not their fault, something was broke.

Needs a better evening crew. Open sign off at 8: 30, walk in, stand there for 15 minutes and no order taken. Would rather take online orders it looked like than the person waiting there. Would not recommend to anyone

Walked into the store there was probably 20 people in line and we still managed to get in and out in 15 minutes! So impressed! Will be returning!

They were remodeling but it interesting because they cut the bread the traditional way. Kind of a scoop of bread off the top. I like that.
I didn't get a picture. We wore masks and ate a one of the tables just outside. Warm and slight breeze. Beautiful afternoon, traveling through Missouri.

This place wants people to wear masks but they walk around the store them selves without theirs on great job spread the virus

Extremely slow. Food was good, but not worth the wait- there was only 1 person in front of me who ordered 4 items. The person behind me left.
