Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
13Wife put in an order on the app and set it for curbside pickup. Recieved notification that it was done. Arrived in front of the store and found out it was done yet. Got the order, started to head back to Excelsior, and realized we didn't receive our chips and sandwiches where incorrect. Wife ordered cookies that they didn't have either. It was a train wreck, needless to say.
Not a bad place for sandwhiches. It’s just I’ve been to better. The food is alright but usually I prefer other places first. That doesn’t mean subway is a bad place to go to but the food can be hit or miss, maybe it’s just this location?
Worst subway I have ever gone to. Always running out of ingredients it's basically run by high school kids.
Fast. Friendly. Great sandwiches and wraps! Keeping it professional with the limited staff. Great job to the ones showing up!
Came in and all was good, and then Carla came in from the back to do toppings and absolutely messed everything up and was then rude about it.
It was a subway. Clean building and tables, good and professional workers. Nothing bad to say about it but also it's a subway so I guess slightly above mediocre food? Better than traditional fast food
Genleman behind counter was very friendly and efficient. Would be a 5* review except Subway no longer has Roast Beef which was my go to sammich.
Watched a young male employee reposition his mask with his gloved hand, then without changing the glove he grabbed more meat. I called him out on it, and he stormed off. The other employee stsnding there without a mask eating a cookie put on a mask andmade my sandwich. Not good.
Subway in Smithville was terrible. The kid looked like he was hungover, didn't make eye contact or say hello. Cut my bread, then the girlfriend showed up. Left me standing while he was whispering back and forth with her. Made three other sandwiches whilst mine sat getting cold after being toasted. Then the lemonade was out, they didn't replace it. I just had water. Nobody said thank you or goodbye. His name was Hunter!
Subway is awesome. The young man waiting on me was very friendly and as usual sub was fresh and good.
A little slow, but very precise with toppings. Good food. Good service. Everyone wearing masks and keeping social distance.
The last few times we have eaten at this location there have been issues. They have either been out of meatballs or the sandwich makers don't know the menu. Today they made my wife a wrap. The wrap was a square and flat.
Love subway. Bread is fresh and you can have it made your way. Like having a salad on your sandwich. A sandwich can be a healthy choice.
