Employees and management is switched out here often. But I've always had a good experience. Condiments were fresh, bread literally being taken fresh out the oven, cookies are not too soft and not too hard, and ice machine always has ice. The seating area's and bathrooms are always cleaned.

Service was good but they changed the sweet onion dressing to teriyaki. Bad. Ruined my sandwich.

Place us ridiculous. Employees do not wash the forms to bake bread on. They just get them wet so any bread on them just gets soggy then drys.then new bread is made. Gross.

Picked up lunch for co workers. Fast, friendly service. Our sandwiches were great, everyone enjoyed theirs. I had the new steak and cheese.

Love the staff their friendly and sometimes they have their bad days their people and food is good when heather makes the bread love going here:)

I've been trying to get through since 9am today for a catering order for a event. Not sure, if they're short staff, or their line is not working, but i hope they make adjustments because they're loosing $$$. I had to go to wit the next location for my big order.

Not worth your time. 2 people in the store, one working very very slow. Girl behind the counter was super rude and had an attitude. Can’t understand orders and they are always out of Everything it seems like.

Not only do they chit chat with their friends while making food, they get an attitude when you tell them to add more meat because you’re gonna get a bite of only bread and whats worst they charge you for a meal instead of just the sandwich and tell you “the computer” is set like that. This is such a horrible business! I’ll do the 30min drive to Rolla, I get better service and they charge me correctly!

I love subway, I do. It’s nice, smells great and overall just really good bread. HOWEVER, I went and got me a sanwhich today and my heart broke seeing the knife cut all the way through, bread was split in half with no henges. Meat was sliding every where. Overall a mess. Now don’t get me wrong it was good. But who in the actual heck, cuts the bread all the way through. I feel betrayed, hurt and for lack of better words, disappointed

Absolutely love subway but was not pleased with my service or the way my order was prepared. I usually visit this location and have always been pleased up to today. There was no management to talk to. Four high school kids running the store. Usually visit the store when Luke is working and prepares an excellent sandwich. Not the case today. Preparer had to scrape the container of avocado to prepare my wife's sandwich. Barely put any cheese on my sandwich and when I asked if that was all the cheese she was going to put on it, she added more after rolling her eyes and then she charged me for extra cheese. Asked for extra ranch three times and received an attitude for it. Thus place needs adult supervision and need to be taught that the customer is always right. Won't be back unless Luke is working.

Was at a park and went in for a drink. The girl seemed saddened because all I ordered were 2 drinks. Place was clean and looked nice.

I tried the spinach wrap and it was ok. My family tried the meatballs, steak and Italian sandwich and they like it. What can I say it is never like home, right?

I went into this store at 740 pm they close at 10 pm. The girl rolled her eyes and was just talking under her breath. Could not be happier when I ordered something they no longer have. I will not go back again

Clean, friendly staff, everything looked fresh. Had a steak n cheese deluxe and tastes great!

The workers are so friendly every time I'm in! They do a great job on my sandwich every time, too.
