21Well Happy holidays to most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Raymond I have never had anyone try to give me a hard time about putting tomatoes between the meat and cheese before toasting. I want to open a Quiznos or Penn Station and put you guys out of business! I won't ever be back.
All the employees are rude.
They squish my sandwich as small as they can when wrapping it, which is not appetizing.
Very disappointed the past two times I have ordered here. They need different staff, or more training.

I just walked into this restaurant I was the only one inside, I went to the counter to place my order and I was told I had to wait while he completed online orders. While I am standing in the restaurant all by myself I had to wait for him to complete 3 online orders for people that aren't even there yet to be placed on a shelf. I stood there for 10 minutes twiddling my thumbs. Totally unacceptable customer service!
Not bad if you use the app to order and have deals or coupons in the app otherwise overpriced
I order a meatball marinara salad, and get a bowl full of meatballs, not mixed in any way shape of form! I wanted a salad, not meatballs on a bed of lettuce! The prices of the salads are going up, while the quality of such is going WAY down! Thanks a lot
This is obviously just like every other Subway. We are on a very tight budget however, Subway's prices have skyrocketed in the last two or three years, so we don't eat there hardly ever.
They made my sub wrong all the way they put things on it that i did not want on it at all i throw it in the trash because i work overnight and there no one there at all so i took pic of it.i hope they make it right with me.
Ordered and paid online, when I arrived they said they never received my order and made me pay for it again. I have been in 3 times since to try and get a refund for the online order but have yet to speak to someone able to help, even after providing online receipt as well as bank statement showing I had to pay twice.
I always like there food, I would give them 5 stars if there sandwiches were less expensive, and my main issue is there app, i ordered 59. $ worth of food of and Was messaged app not working, no food andd later for me out there y took my money, and I don't seem to be getting it back to and I think they should make it good!
Expensive for fast food and SLOW! The workers are always like sloths. I can't go on my 30 minute lunch break. Not normally during a rush time. And have time to eat it's sad!
The guy fixing our food spilled my friends food on counter qnd still put it on her wrap qnd he was not friendly
The worker (Joe) was very rude and disrespectful and didn't listen. He put the sub in the toaster w/o even asking (which I didn't want) then when I caught it before he stuck it in he grabbed the meat out of my sandwich and put it in the heat. The lady behind me ordered 3 subs and he rolled his eyes at her!
Food was fine (if you consider a total of 7 black olive slices to be extra black olives) but it was too expensive. $32 for two 6" combos and a 12" with a small drink. There was double meat on the foot long which cost $3 more.
So apparently with the "restart and refresh" campaign comes a double in price. But quality is way less then what it used to be.
So I ordered through Uber eats and it took over an hour so I ended up canceling my order. I went in the next day to go in and get my own sandwich waited in line, and as soon as it was my turn she pulled out four foot long pieces of bread and told me I had to wait because she was making a mobile order. So I'm confused as to why my mobile order took over an hour and when I go in I have to wait for someone else's mobile order. The mobile order people weren't even there yet so I don't know why I couldn't place my order first. I was one person wanting one sandwich after a 12-hour shift with nothing to eat yet that day and it was 7: 30 p.m.
I was at Walmart not subway, but I can say I went there once and my sandwich was void of meat, it was so sparse the few veggies i asked for overwhelmed it. Was not worth what I paid, especially when you can walk back to walmarts deli and get the same sized sandwich with 3x the meat only downside is not having veggie choice but still a better choice than subways overpriced product.
I eat at subway regularly at locations all around Missouri every time I have subway at this location it sucks, I wasn't trying to order at this one but my app switched the location sadly, the ingredients are never fresh and it always leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
I waited in line while a man in front of me proceeded to order 14 sandwiches.literally, and then the following people being very rude and upset about how there sandwich was made, and the workers did an unbelievable job of dealing with everything and made me a great sandwich
Wonderful service, and our food is always exactly what we ask for.
