They don't honor the coupon mailers. Don't even try it. I've contacted corporate but haven't heard back. Go to a different subway. I payed 30 dollars for 3 sandwiches. 2 ft long classic bmt's and the other ft long was ONLY turkey and mayo. Store price is not the online price. Just be warned.

I placed an online order for a specific time of pickup. When I walked in to get my order the employees had not even started making my food. I asked for a refund because as a professional truck driver I have limited time to waste. I will not stop at this restaurant again.

Associate was very friendly and polite. Great customer service and my sandwich was made correctly. Thank you I was passing through the state and grabbed dinner

But employee with the tattoos was very rude to my dad and kept yelling at him I recommend for him to get fired

This is probably one of my preferred subways to go to, this is more of a staff praise then the store itself.

Service isn’t terrible but my favorite things is the service I get from employees Julian and Julie!
I normally don’t get my food from there unless I see one of their vehicles there! They are quick and clean and actually know how to make a GOOD sandwich!
Everytime I go there they normally remember the sandwhich I get and ask me if it is correct which they always are! Definitely recommend going in and having one of them fix you up!

Sandwich was good but both the server & cashier had an attitude while I was ordering like I did something to them for my presence. It's the lack of respect for me baby

This place atrocious. Out of multiple meats and took about 20 minutes to get a sandwhich. Only come here if you are on the verge of dying of hunger.

Worst subway ever. Employee would not take time from his conversation with coworkers to pay attention to my order. Open sign turned off two hour early even though they were open. A heads up to management.

Unsanitary and not clean bread is left out in open i seen flies landin on everything. The lady after handling trash did not wash hands b4 handling my food. There weere 2 flies sitting on my bread which was left on counter for 10 minutes unattended. I was so disgusted. I will NEVER eat here again. This place should be shut down also they did not wear any mask. Which really bothered me.abs the flies there are outrageous! The food wasn't even worth given to homeless guy across street.

I have ordered here multiple times and each time they mess up the order. If you're in the store they do fine but its like they forget how to fully read when its an online order.

Stand in line for over 10 min only to find out they only have Italian herb bread and nothing else! Really you cant keep bread stocked or at least hang a sign? That would be like burger king being out of all meet and only serving chicken. Find somewhere else for lunch!

Horrible service and charged me for an extra 2 subs I didn’t receive. Definitely will not be making a trip back. Highly unsatisfied.
