That’s a dumb policy to make all online orders before helping people that are standing right in front of you….
Sandwiches are always cold anyways…

I love sandwiches. They were a little slow, however I still stick with my previous statement.
We went to one location and they were out of bread. The location on Morley was the second place we went. The manager was working. She was delightful and apologetic of her employees at the first location. Her fantastic attitude and kind service as well as her hands on approach to make up for our horrible service at the first location made up for our bad experience. I will definitely go back to the subway on Morley.
Best Chicken Noodle Soup around. Staff always friendly. Sandwiches are always made with perfection. Great job overall by everyone.
Worst Subway experience ever, not only were they out of half my order and expected me to still pay for the drinks and cookies they were out of since they didnt know how to fix the patment. Maybe next time take off items online if your currently out or call the customer to see if theres anything that can be done, after all the app requires you to give them your phone number. Which makes you wonder what they are really using the information for. Oh to top it off, seems the staff is not able to follow directions well as well, asked for both sandwiches in my order to be cut into thirds, and they instead only cut one sandwich in half, idk maybe they thought i only wanted 3 sandwiches. And then they put ranch on my sub instead of the actual mayo i ordered and didnt give me a receipt to even show any of this happened. Glad ive my online copy
Service was very slow. New person working on my sub with no help. Had to tell her what to put in the sub.
Placed online order to be picked up. It wasn't ready when I arrived and once I got home realized one of the sandwiches weren't toasted and the same sandwich was poorly wrapped causing all of the toppings to come off the sandwich inside the wrapper causing a mess.
Lobby full of strung out crack heads, then all the team members tried to play boss, one tries to give my sandwich away to an order that did not exhaust. Adding more time to my wait because all the sandwiches had to be “re-verified” I will never come to this location again, and if you are a safety or productive driven person I’d recommend you stay far, far away
Ok Today I realize that this is worst management in Moberly. There manager Gary Mcculley has not had a order and food available. Asked how he's was gonna rectify the problem, He states he wasn't
Asked for Area Manager said no. I AM A DISABLED MAN and was treated like that. I will be contacting management.
Tried this location and ordered on the app. Picked up order and ended up with 2 sandwiches with all the vegetables switched around. Reported it and was told I could have 10% off next order. They refuse to make our order and refused a refund. Not sure why anyone would waste more money on a place who can't make the order correctly and refuses to remake it.
I used to go here all the time until one day I decided to get Mellow Yellow instead of my usual drink.
I saw something dark come out of the nozzle with the soda and when I looked into my cup to investigate I saw a dead cockroach floating around.
I never came here again.
Food was good drink was good but inside the food we found a piece of hair so I would recommend watching your food closely if you go out to eat here.
