Subway, St Peters MO

Awesome place to get subs. They take some, but not all coupons. When it gets busy, it gets really busy.

They just need more help, which is understandable why they have been closing at 8pm instead of 9pm.

This location does not accept any coupons and does not cooperate with corporate policy. Not at all worth going here.

Ordered and prepaided online. Told it would be ready at 540pm. When I arrived at 543pm I was told that I would have to wait in line. I was confused and asked to employee to repeat. He told me that even though my order was marked ready in the app, he had yet to start working on it. I then had to wait for a family of four (including a very indecisive preschooler) for my order to be started. In total, I waited over 20 mins in store for an app order, that should have been ready when I arrived according to the status. All this after this particular store not allowing the coupons and deals listed on the app. Which is not stated until checkout.
EXTREMELY disappointed. I will not be getting Subway from this location again.

Does not accept Subway coupons, same owner at the one in Walmart. Would be nice to use the coupons in my neighborhood that I get sent weekly.

I try to get a sandwich but they were closing down at 7: 45 pm on Saturday but the hours on the door read close at 9: 00 pm I guess worker are getting lazier each day

Great food, of course. The girl that served us very nice. It was super hot though. Hope the a/c works for the employees sake.

On May 14,2022. Around 1: 15, I walked in, ordered and sat inside to eat. I witnessed several customers being talked to and treated very unfairly, enough to almost get up and say, hey why don’t you be more patient and nicer with your customers. The male working was Terribly rude to every single person he served. I do not recommend this establishment whatsoever! I wouldn’t give them a dime!

DOES NOT TAKE CHAIN COUPONS. The location is super clean but no one in it and only one employee during dinner rush. No coupon sign is at the far corner of store so have to go all the way in before being notified that the owners don't care about customers. Left without ordering and won't be back. St Peters is full of wonderful restaurants that care about their customers and not just the bottom line. If they don't want to honor coupons they shouldn't be part of a chain.

I was the only person in the place and felt extremely rushed. The employees were rushing around like crazy as if the place was full. They were very short with me when asking what I wanted on my sandwiches. I had trouble understanding him because he was being so short with me and he got very frustrated with me. He was very unfriendly and rude. I will not be back.

Warning: Lunch crew has THE WORST attitude I’ve ever experienced! If I could give negative stars I would!

Not only did they act like we inconveniencing them by coming in at 2PM, but they had snarky responses when asking about new items and the manager/supervisor witnessed the entire thing and just ran to the back. They had one slice of mozzarella cheese left and the guy cut it in half and only put that on my husbands wrap instead of getting more from the back. When we asked for light spinach the guy put two large handfuls on the wrap. No conversation, no eye contact, all we got were dirty looks, snippy, short answers, and then they ran to the back faster than the register closed.

My service was great. They were busy but fast, polite, and level headed. Even with an extremely rude customer.

I hate all the bad reviews! It's a sandwich not a 5star restaurant! Just had 3 sandwiches made in LESS than 5 min. The hardest working subway guy (Aaron) 've ever seen here and this has been my store since it opened! Aaron rocks this sandwich shop!

Why send out coupons if you don't accept them? Coupons are good for all sandwiches except.lists literally 95% of your sandwiches.

Interesting that they say you can have it your way, when they completely ignore the specifications (and up charges) that you request. Can't even say it was a technical problem because of the two sandwiches I ordered one was perfect. Check your order before you leave if you do pick up or curbside.

Ordered online, just go in an was ready on the to go shelf, no standing telling the staff what you want on it. Of course if you load it up like me, it takes 30 minutes to eat it all. Lol

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because it was clean but the whole experience was down right stressful. There was myself, my husband, my daughter, and one lady behind us but the owner and two other employees were frantically running around like there was a huge line, making us feel extremely rushed. When we got to the register my husband realized they over charged us by 2 dollars. We ordered an American club with no ham and for some reason they translated that into a turkey sub with extra bacon and uncharged us without saying anything. They proceeded to argue with us over it for several mins in front of the other customers to the point where I took my daughter outside to wait for my husband. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. If all of that wasn't bad enough, we got home only to realize the club sandwich they so adamantly
argued with us about, was made wrong. We took it back and they corrected it but after all of that I think it's safe to say that this will be our first and last time coming here. Theres another subway on mexico road, right around the corner that never lets us down

I used the app to order my food. In the instruction to the person making the sandwich I requested
The sauce on the side. When I picked up my sandwich I could see the sauce oozing out of th wrapper I asked if they could see the special instruction. It was like a a deer in headlights. Told them I didn't want that sandwich because I wanted to eat half now and half later and didn't want it to mush. I filled my drink and everybody ran in the back 3 employee's. I waited till one came back out and said so you won't fix my order. She said we don't give away free sandwiches. Sorry.

Came in last night (3/4) and was nothing but impressed! Service was excellent and very fast. The line was very long when I arrived which concerned me but the two young men worked quickly and efficiently to move through the people in line. I was very impressed at how well the two workers worked together. When It was mine turn to make my sandwich the young man, whose name started with a J, was extremely nice and helpful. He even helped me chose a type of cheese that would be good on my sandwich! The other young man working checked me out and was also extremely friendly. Even though it was busy they seemed to have everything under control. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family and I will for sure be back!

They mostly forget the bacon on the Bacon Turkey sandwich, not worth going back TO GET IT. Getting very OLD. GOTTA WATCH THEM
