The only reason I'm given this a 2 is because the young man who worked in there was polite Otherwise it would be no stars if I could but after the bread being toasted it was rock hard and the other employee Jennifer who was there was rude from the start angry sarcastic to me and constantly slamming stuff the whole time I was there. She slammed the meat on the sandwiches slammed the spoons back in the containers. Was restocking slamming everything around Mumbling under her breath the entire time she was even speaking rude to her Coworker.
Terrible subway. Food thrown together sloppy, cold and not even close to fresh. I strongly suggest finding another subway to eat at.
I ordered a BLT BACON LETTUCE TOMATO, I got bacon and mustard and banana peppers like I asked but they left out the whole lettuce tomato thing rediculous not even like u couldn’t tell the 6 inch sandwich looked flat half empty just meat

I have actually never been to the store, but I was at the Arnold one and one of pevely's employees was working that shift. She was disrespectful to her coworkers and to customers. You can clearly tell she was vaping within the store which I am pretty sure is not allowed. And the only reason I knew she works at the pevely store is because she made a comment to a coworker about
"how things are run properly at Pevely"
And given the reviews I've seen I'm very disappointed in the quality of staff that's being hired.
When I tried to place an order she rolled her eyes and was rude and snippy.
It took me almost 35 min from start to finish to leave because the two people there didn't know what they were doing. The woman behind me her order was rang up wrong and they couldn't figure out how to correct it then they had a internet order come in and they messed that up and gave her my order. It took so long because he had to chase her down before she left. They need to train people more or have people who know what to do in cases like that.
I wasn’t please with this store the bread tastes old definitely not eat fresh the vegetables taste disgusting the lettuce even looked brown I won’t be coming here again.
I asked for no just meat and cheese I got this! Called up there for a refund or another sandwich brought and they said they will. Still no refund tho. If I could order a new one I would but I have no more money left on my cash app! I’d rate 0 stars if I could!
Best subway around, not too busy and some great workers that are always willing to have a chat, clean and run effectively, all around a pretty nice place
I’d give a 0 is I could. The workers were slow. All of the food was bad. The lettuce had been sitting out to long. She only gave me half a container of steak for my wrap. Then when she went to wrap it, she destroyed it. Service here is always this way. It’s bad.
I had order online for pick up for two foot longs one sweet onion chicken teriyaki the other was a American club. We always order and never have any issues but this time we ended up get way too much sauce and no lettuce on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long and less sauce on the American Club. Also two of your employees were not wearing there mask while making food.
