16Well first off they have terrible customer service skills they all acted like they didn't wanna be there. Second I think the one girl is dyslexic (no offense to anyone) but I said very very little lettuce she filled it with it then asked for lots of black olives she gave me 7 (on a foot long mind you) literally so I asked for more she gave me 4 more olives like really come on now then I asked for lots of crackers for 2 cups of soup and got 3! I'm not going back!
Fix the name of your “marinara sauce” that is literally meat sauce. I am a vegetarian, then found a big chunk of meat in my marinara. That is false advertisement and discriminatory. Sick of the lies and sick of not being able to digest meat properly THAT I SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE because of your irresponsibility.
Ordered sandwich didn’t receive any vegetables or dressing. On Great Garlic sandwich. Why?
I used to love this subway but for a while now they just aren’t good anymore. Everytime I go in they get the order completely wrong I’ve tried ordering and they get it wrong like that too. Honestly I think it’s just time for them to close or get all new staff. I’m an understanding person but if you are running a place like this you have to be on top of getting stuff right that people pay for. Will not be coming here again for sure
Placed a to go order. The receipt was correct, but everything on the sub was completely different. It looked like someone played soccer with it when I got it.
Just not that good, the bread is never fully cooked and they no longer ask you if "you want it toasted" they just throw it in there. The staff is nice but very slow. It's not always very clean either.
Went close to closing and I gave a tip for the trouble. They were out of the bread I wanted so settled for plain Italian. Got all three sandwiches home to find all three had hard bread. They had closed so had to microwave just to eat half. I called this morning to basically be called a liar! No apologies just denial that the bread was hard. I asked for replacement as I paid 38.14 for the meal and was met with resistance. They said they would call me back. After a couple of hours I called them and again was made to feel like I was a scammer for complaining! They took my address and said they would send a coupon. This location needs to be trained on what customer service actually is. Gave it 1 star because I had to in order to leave this review.
Our sandwiches tasted fine, just not made according to what we put in at the order kiosk. No others in line behind us, so no need to rush.
Guys were nice. They were out of a lot of things and even though sandwiches were "toasted " they were cold. Place was clean.
They were training a middle aged lady and she was short worded and rude. I ask her to tell me if the total after tax would be under 5$? Because it was business receipt related.and she only says well i need your money.over looking my? Altogether. I was there a whole 15 min waiting on a single 6 inch sandwich with a coupon. The genleman making the sandwich had experience and was so nice.
Subway sucks! My fiancee and I was in there with our 3 children for 45 mins waiting! Never was acknowledged or anything. All their worried about anymore is online and drive thru! Completely unacceptable!
Placed an app order — once I arrived I went in to pick up and ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for two sandwiches to be made. The staff had acknowledged my presence a couple of times, but were not in any type of rush to get my order completed, as many other customers went through the line, ate in the restaurant, and left during the time I was waiting. Opened one sandwich when I got home, and the sandwich was wrong. It seemed a bit chaotic and unorganized. Will not return to this location.
Went to get a new sandwich they had on menu and they didn't have the stuff to make it yet, disappointed
Had to wait for 15 minutes just to get to the window behind only one car. I ordered before I got there and they had the sandwich right, but forgot my drinks and chips. Also my salad looked awful. Barely any dressing and it looked like they gave me the lettuce that they were about to throw out. Maybe a couple of cucumbers and hardly any tomato. It looked wilted and pathetic. I was in a hurry or I would have complained.
Can’t get a order right to save their lives, sweet tea tastes like it’s been sitting in the heat for a couple weeks. Last time I’ll ever be back there
The last handful of times I have been to this location it has has always disappointed. I used to love subway but this location has ruined it for me. I consider my self as well as others consider me to be a very understanding person. But each time I have been they have messed something up for forgot something. To continue there staff is rude and unnecessarily slow. And to top it all off i’ve found 2 hairs in my most recent order!
