9Honestly, if you're going to work in customer service, you need to be able to multitask. I did an online order and I waited for 20 minutes while this girl made four extremely basic sandwiches, but she was too busy talking to the people she was making the sandwiches for instead of actually doing her job efficiently.

Girl working was touching her face and wiping hands on apron. I had to ask her to change gloves after she wiped Buffalo sauce on her apron and was going to work on 1 of the 6 sandwiches I ordered

Service was amazing, but subway has done away with roast beef and only have 3 kinds of bread now. Again service was awesome tho
