Subway, St. Louis MO

Fast and friendly service. The sandwich has been perfect everytime. My go to place when I donate plasma.

I would rather drive miles away than go back to this location. Employees we're just awful.

Store opens at 10 arrived at 10: 30 and they said “they were out of bread” never had bad experiences at subway until this location.

The quality of this subway just never seems to match that of other subways. Im not sure what it is but the ingredients just taste different. I know they bake the bread fresh throughout the day but my bread always feels stale for some reason. The cucumbers just have this weird aftertaste that I can't get out of my mouth. I can see why people are complaining about the staff, they aren't very nice or outgoing. They always seem to be in a bad mood. If your options are limited then come here to eat, but if you have time I would just go to another subway location.

This did not happen to me, but another customer who was behind me in line. There is a line of tape on the floor that you are required to stand behind for covid safety. The employee told the customer to stand behind the line. He looked down and with the toe of one shoe he was on the line, he told her he was behind the line.the employee then told him he is on the line and not behind the line rudely enough to make the customer feel uncomfortable and leave the store. I understand the concern of safety for customers as well as employees, but this staff member was doing this because she knew she could get away with it. Very rude, very unprofessional, and potentially lost the store a customer for life.

The food was decent and toasted Subs are good but Mina and Yuna ate all my chips when I went to wash my hands

Employee was extremely rude and refused service even though I have a medical condition and could not wear a mask.

I walk in, the only worker is sitting and talking with a friend. That’s fine, but she acted like I did not matter and she’s rushing to get me out so she can sit again. The sandwich is sloppy and sauce is everywhere, she was rude and barely said a word. Cut me off while talking, etc.don’t come on a Sunday I guess.

Sign says at closes at 10 on Fridays, I walked up to the door and it was locked with employees standing inside, no explanation!
