Dani is the worst manager I think I've ever had the displeasure of working with at any business ever. I would assume every customer service complaint this restaurant has on here has to be Dani's doing. Good job Dani.

Order and paid on line still had to wait in line, didn't start my order until I pulled up to the window. Threw my sandwich together was kind of messy. Didn't toast the bread to much mayo. Won't do that again

My food was fresh but two times in 24 hours, they messed up my order so I called to explain. The young girl I spoke to was terrible at customer service. She spoke over me to the point I had to raise my voice. Then after asking her several times to let me speak she laughed at me and before she finally responded to how she was going to remedy this, only after blaming me for the mistake, I was so upset I just never want to go to that restaurant again. It’s a shame because my family goes there often but not anymore. I will go back to get my refund and my replacement sandwich made in front of me because I doubt I can trust these children that work there to not spit in my food. Very disappointed to find out the girl I spoke to is also the manager. She has zero customer service skills.

So much better now that they have the new store! There's only one person that I let make my sandwiches because she makes the best!

This place is way behind on there menu they charge u for the guacamole on the chipotle Southwest steak and cheese wrap Which is supposed to go on it! They don’t have creamy Italian sauce and the people there are unorganized and all over the place and rude very rude.

I sat in line at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. Decided I would go inside. Spend 20 or more minutes inside cane out very irritated. They had 4 people working. One took part of my order then never finished. Someone else came over finished it eventually. I ask to have avocado added to one it took them 3 minutes to decide if they could. Both sandwich were over heated breaded was crispy. I listen to one take an order and then comet to the other just standing there. Why does have to be so picky. It will be awhile before going back. I think you need to pay the young little girl the wages of the other 3 older women as she was working circles around them. One should have been in back working for she was slow. They other 2 just lazy.

Very slow service for the drive through on a slow night. People working wasn't polite in any fashion.
