I ordered two 6" subs, 2 bags of chips, 1 cookie, and 2 bottled beverages to be delivered (via Doordash) to my office for lunch for my husband and I. Our delivery was prompt and on time. Before I even had a chance to go downstairs and collect our delivered items, the manager of this Subway, Derek, called me on the phone number I added to my order. He immediately apologized because his employee had made a mistake and forgot to include our beverages. I commend the employee for being so honest and prompt to take responsibility for a simple, human mistake. I also greatly appreciate Derek's management style - he immediately offered to make it right by offering us free cookies next time we visit, which he didn't have to do, but was appreciate nonetheless. The food we DID receive was warm, delicious and well-made, and the service and courtesy we received from the folks at this location was top notch. Keep up the great work, East Kearney Subway crew! Thank you!

Super clean restaurant, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and management. Overall one of the best subways in Springfield. They don't take coupons but that's okay, I don't mind spending a little money on some good fresh food. Super excited that they started fresh slicing meats including roast beef it taste so good compared to before.

The manager working on duty today was excellent. The service I received was absolutely amazing. And the store was absolutely clean and in tip top shape.

Go anywhere except Subway. Jersey Mike's, Firehouse. Even walmart deli subs are better and a better deal. Just avoid all subways. Their new menu is too expensive and not very good.

As the event coordinator for a local small business, it's important that my events go off without a hitch. Subway came through. Ordering was a snap. Our order was confirmed a couple of times since I ordered a few days ahead of time. I was very confident they had the order and it would be delivered on time.

The order was for 58 sandwich boxes that included either ham or turkey with lettuce, tomato, and their signature vinegar and oil. The box meal included a randomly chosen bag of chips and cookie. Our order arrived early. It was accurate. The food was what we would expect from Subway - fresh and tasty. Everyone was very happy.

All in all - I am very pleased with the catering experience from this Subway.

Stale bread and over $7 for a 6" chicken sandwich? ! Worst Subway I've ever been to!

Dont participate in any subway coupons no other discounts as well. Wont be going back to this subway. There are much nicer ones in town.

All my life I do not paid more than 12 dollars for this sandwich, way they took more 15 dollars for it

They want take subway coupons here and I just left because girl working there wanted to just feed her face.

The girl there just wanted to feed her face instead of working. Also she said they did not take subway coupons. I still spent 17 bucks.

Never again will I give my business to this subway. I was told me and my one year could not sit at one of their tables. I needed a quick break as I was having awful stomach pains and my daughter was just sleeping in her carrier. Mind you no one was even sitting in their lobby at that time. Seriously ridiculous.

My wife went in to get her and myself subs before she went to work. The 2 people working there were rude and unprofessional. I requested my bacon be chopped up due to me not having many teeth and the lady told the guy to just tear it in pieces. They kept giving my wife dirty looks and generally it was horrible customer service and that’s coming from a married couple who works in customer service.if we treated customers like that we wouldn’t have a job.

Whoever was working there this afternoon, needs to be fired. Calling the cops on a mother and 4 year old daughter for eating at one of your tables is the opposite of customer service. She was having her car worked on and wanted something to eat and decided to get deli food. The person working was then rude and condescending. Once the cops came, they told the mother this was ridiculous and she was doing nothing wrong. So not only do they have bad service they also can't use their common sense to know this wasted police time. They also looked dirty.

I'm not going to say much but this place will never actually accept a coupon so don't go with the BOGO50 are any promotion it's a phishing trick to get you in the store

Go to literally any other Subway. Any of them! Just not this one.

My husband went in today before he had to head to work to get me lunch while I'm at work. He told the girl a BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato, since this isn't obvious apparently) with JUST the bacon toasted, add mayo and cheese. I don't know if she heard just the bacon toasted and stopped listening, but the manager is insisting the girl made it correctly. There was no lettuce, no tomato, just bacon, cheese, and mayo. I got charged for a BLT, which is $7.09.which is a lot for a sandwich with no substance. The manager is no help whatsoever, saying I need to come in with the sandwich when I work past their closing time, my husband works past their closing time, and I'm not about to take a disgusting sandwich home with me and bring it back tomorrow. I have an infant and it already stinks after 4 hours being as it's just meat and cheese, I'm not gonna put my kid through riding with a stinky sandwich in the car.
Props to your manager for sticking up for you, whoever made my sandwich, but it looks awful, and you need to listen better. I truly want you to know that. I loved Subway but this is ridiculous. Back to Jimmy John's.

Im use to eating subs from blimpies its a sub sandwhich resturant found out east im a trucker so ive eaten at several subsandwhich shoppes and none compare yo blimpies

I was waiting for the store to open the manager of the store was cheese in the bread with no gloves on I even yelled at him gloves my friend and he said it's okay I'm only cheese in the bread it's going in the oven after this I will never be eating here again
