Subway, St. Louis MO

Probably won't be eating at Subway again. Sub was sub standard not enough meat not enough veggies. I guess the employee was paying for my sandwich. If the sandwich says 2x the product thats what I should get. So Jimmy Johns or Penn Station will be getting my business from here on out.

Middle Eastern gentleman in his 50’s (owner) ? Skimped on meat and veggies then charged me $9.99 for a foot long BMT, the regular subway price for that sandwich is $8.49. All around disappointment I guess that’s why the place was empty at lunch time on a weekday this is the subway on Telegraph in the same plaza as Captain Z’s Liquor Store

I'm only giving you one star to get your attention. The gentleman working 12-17-23 definitely needs a raise and you need to hire more workers

Extremely rude every single time. Personally, I have started driving an extra five minutes to go to other locations because they are always rude here and do a terrible job making sandwiches, but my husband still comes to this one and every single time, they are rude and unhelpful and the sandwiches are stale and poorly put together

Put in a pick up order at 9: 45am with the intention of picking it up at 11: 40. When I arrived it wasn't ready and the cashier said he didn't have a ticket. He argued with me and finally made my sandwich after finding the ticket on the computer. Then proceeded to complain at me about the price I paid for a bottle of soda ($2.39) is what it cost on the app. He said they normally charge $2.89. Rude rude, will not be back ever.

They should hire people who really want to work, I went shopping and the guy with glasses and a cap was super rude, I asked him for an Italian bread and he gave me the bread I wanted and he pretended not to listen to me, I asked him for a pizza and he was As annoying, I will never go back there again.

My food was raw and when I went back after calling I was treated with the most disgusting disrespect it was unbelievable! And when I tried to get my money back I was told no and I went the next day to talk to the owner they locked the door and wouldn't let me speak to anyone! I do advise anyone who goes to seriously consider going somewhere else!

Worst Subway I've ever been to! I've never been to a subway where I've been told how to order the food I want and told that I can't deviate from what's on a sub. Definitely never going back to this with location. I can see why there's never any business when I go in here.

The store was clean. The sandwiches were as to be expected. The employee? If it wasn't for the occasional mumble to ask what I wanted, I would have sworn I was alone. He wasn't rude. He was just absent.

This location goes out of its way to put as little on your sandwich as possible. Even extra meat which I paid for was light compared to the norm at other locations

How in the world do you have 1 person working by themselves? Where are the owners!? !? Only reason you get 2 stars is because your employee is awesome!

This location was far better than Bayless which was awful. Only once had a problem here which was cleanliness beside that my BLT was Perfect.
