Subway, Pacific MO

Service was quick. Bread didn't seem fresh. Seemed like a cluttered seating area. Parking is difficult here with so many businesses sharing a small lot

It’s a franchise, of course, so it’s very predictable but the workers here are pretty pleasant for the most part so the owner must know what they’re doing.

Just a quiet lil place for those who have limited options for food around the correction facility in Pacific Mo.

The store is clean but usually not busy inside, mostly carryout orders it seems or maybe just the time of day. I've never had any issues and the employees are always friendly and fast.

Stopped buy to grab a sandwich on Sunday. There were two young ladies working. They had multiple on line orders to complete, and they were amazing! The way they worked together to complete all these orders while still making conversation with the patrons that were in line waiting to place our orders. Your location is very lucky to have these two, and I almost recruited them to work with me. Hope they get an amazing raise this year, because they deserve it!

It's fine if you go in, but my kids were sleeping in my car so I ordered pick up. I waited at the restaurant for 28 minutes on top of a ten minute drive. It wouldnt have upset me but the whole time I was parked outside Noone was working on my sandwich. It took someone else to go in have their order made and leave before they even made my order. So, dine in is fine, pick up is straight booty

Very rude boys that work there. Watched them ignore a mentally disabled customer to work on their online orders. He waited so long, after they already started his sandwich, that he walked out! Then they cussed me out for calling them out on it. I will never be back.

Fast, friendly and fresh! Much better location than the one over at Pilot. Highly recommend this Subway!

Staff are excellent. They help their community when needed. Clean dining room and restrooms.

Had a coupon and the kids on the evening shift said they couldn't do double meat. But went back the next day the manager said that it was wrong. I guess the evening shift was just lazy

This is my favorite subway, they are upbeat, they always treat us right and I never have a problem with my food.

This poor Subway got slammed with our two bus loads of teenagers and sponsors and handled everyone like a pro! No one got upset, and they were still smiling when they got us all through the line.

This subway seriously has the best service. Their employees are awesome and their sandwiches are made fabulously.

I've been here many times, and always had a good experience. Today though I must say I was motivated to leave a review because I was just blown away at how great your employee Gracie is. She deserves a pat on the back for her attentiveness to detail, patience, and genuine personality. Great job!
