The night time employee, there's a big hairy person (not sure if man or woman) is VIOLENT. This person is DANGEROUS and should not be working anywhere with the public. Please check your employees!

It smells like cat pee in here. It should not smell like that in a sandwich shop. This is disgusting. It could be the employees. One male and one lady man.

This location should be shut down. Extremely unsanitary conditions, worker was picking its nose and just slapped gloves on over it. Sick.

These workers are straight up dmb. Idk how they can be so slow (literally all around) and still get an order wrong and if I did order what they served up, I'd still be disappointed. Then they won't answer their phone, when they FINALLY do, they will hang up on you. They refused a refund so I have started a chargeback with my credit card company. I hope you got the oil off of your face sheman nastiest ppl too, btw, like you DO NOT want them making your food anyway. Gross.

Edited to add a pic and say: mistakes happen. Own up to it and make it right with your customers. Y'all also should follow basic hygiene, you're nsty and it's unprofessional. Or, stay in the back of the store so nobody can see you. Extra added Gross.

Ordered one of the FLBOGO promotions from the app (09/02/23) picked up sandwiches a little early and they were ready and waiting, however there is room for improvement on who ever the sandwich artist was who made them.

Black forest ham on whole grain wheat, pepper jack, lettuce and regular mayo.

Opened this wrapper up and it looks like the mayo dispenser had explosive diarrhea! There was so much mayo on that sandwich it soaked thru the wrapper and the brown paper sack. You could read a newspaper thru the oil slick that created on all the wrapping. For a bonus, they gave me hard bread, nice.

Seriously, who ever made this went silly crazy on the mayo.what a nasty mess that went everywhere.

The ladies that work here always have a great attitude and in a good mood awesome lunch spot fast it’s always clean they keep things fresh no stall bread or meats 5 star

Not impressed with the gentleman working the line on 5/12/2023. He was very rude when I asked for my order that I ordered ahead to be picked up at 6: 15p.m. It is now 6: 22 p.m and I'm still currently waiting on my order. The gentleman in the back also could have came and helped but I'm assuming he was busy performing other job duties.

Called to order a dozen double chocolate chip cookies and they told me they don’t bake cookies during the day? Totally sucks. Every other subway I’ve been to bakes cookies when needed.
