12I’ve had an order that’s been messed up for weeks. I have called so many times when I’m off work or on break management is either not there or no body answers the phone so if your orders messed up your screwed because you can’t ever get ahold of them
They hired some very young staff who need to work on customer service. The first girls who came out to make my sandwich just started at me with a nap look on her face, no greeting or anything other than asking if I wanted it toasted. Once I got to the register I said for some cookies as well and she sighed SO LOUDLY and just stared at the cookie box thing for a solid 5 seconds before getting the cookies. I was completely polite during this whole experience but the attitude I got was pure disgust or irritation. There is a young man who works there and when ever we have him helping us he is always polite and seems very on top of things.
My experience with Subway 620 N Kingshighway was lousy! First of all, I ordered the chicken teriyaki and they were out of all the bread. How could that be? You should of had some type a bread, regardless! I wasn't impressed with your flatbread, it was too doughy. The female who made my sandwich wasn't a bit friendly. She was rude and very snotty! I would of typed in the restaurant's transaction id number but the cashier failed to print out the receipt! Thank you and have a nice day!
Our food was great! And the gal who put it together was fast and friendly- (I'm thinking her name was Trinity)!
Horrible service, the teen server were rude and laugh and made fun of my wife for her choice in sandwich. The male server didn't wrap the sandwiches and almost slid it off the counter and onto the floor. Just bad 0 stars
So I am beyond frustrated I absolutely love Subway food it's delicious don't get me wrong but when I pay for my food online and I show them that on my app it went through my card and I even called the other Subway in my town to check it went there and they said no and they still won't honor it I mean seriously come on you see it says Subway purchase what more proof do you need
I have been to many Subways across the country. This one is by far the best. They don't skimp on the meat, and the staff does a really good job.
Jace is who makes my review five stars. He is a wonderful, hardworking kid who is always taking care of everyone and everything when in this store. We frequent it often as it’s close to our home, however when he’s working it seems he is the only one working, when I know he’s not. He is always up front taking care of everything by himself until the line is about 5 or more customers deep and other kids finally come up to help him. He is a great asset to this team and I hope his hard work is recognized!
Didn't get our online order they said when we got there. We had to go home, get the phone we ordered it on and show them. My wife forgot to take a phone with her.
Gift card wasn't working, they said was there cash register. I was aggravated it would have saved me $10.
Wonderful sandwiches anything and everything that you want on your sandwich whether it's a little stuff or a lot or you want extra they do give you what you want
Staff friendly and working hard. There was a crowd but they got us in and out quickly and my order was right.
