10 TLDR: I had the best customer experience here.
I have never gone to this subway, just out and about and decided to try the buy 1 get 1 free if purchased on app. I couldn't fine the right code and just submitted one sandwich, but noted something in the comments. They called me right up and helped me through it to get the special!
Can't tell you how above and beyond my expectations this was!
There are so many better sub shops around here. Subway just sold its franchises to the same company that bought Arby's.
This is corporate garbage at corporate prices.
This place is a hit or miss.as in it could be open or it won't be. Just close down already
Refused to give me my subs or my money back because the online was suppose to send it to a location in arnold but it was sent there apparently couldn't cancel the order was told the owner would call me back never did 2 days later and a 1 hr drive I was told they already made and threw out the subs I never received 2 days ago so I can't get my money back even tho I said I would not be there because of error online even tho I called to cancel it because I live a hour away why would I order that far away the owner obviously a terrible person, thief and shouldn't be aloud to own a subway and I hope karma treats him like he treats everyone else and I will be sure to call corporate
Ive never had a employee tell me they weren’t gonna do something i asked because it was to much work for them to walk in the back and grab it made me very very upset
They always say they are closed in the middle of the day and you can’t make online orders.
AVOID THIS SUBWAY. Bear with me. Walked in smiling letting the gentleman know I was feeding 15 people and couldn't get a single word more out before I was extremely rudely informed that I would have to place 24 hours+ in advance. I continued letting the gentleman know I get this same order all the time and he cut me off saying, "WELL I'M NOT DOING IT. Yeah, I'm not doing that today. " I stood there literally stunned. If he had let me get one final sentence out, I was going to request 6-foot-longs (all the same) cut into 3rds. Exactly as I have done numerous times before. I requested the info for his boss, and he said it's the franchise owner and I am the General Manager. I knew who he was as I've been in many times with the opposite experience (see prev review below). I digress. I asked how many I may order and he said 6 sandwiches while continuing that "any more would require individual people with me PER SANDWICH". I ordered 6 ft longs while he made them and he tried to explain why he was so "snappy". I was quite literally fuming and said no explanation was necessary. Not a single other customer walked in. I Paid for my sandwiches and left. I will never be back to this (my neighborhood) Subway. THERE ARE A TON of sandwich shops in a 5-mile radius. Avoid this one.
5 months ago (5-star). Luther is pretty impressive! Rocked out 5-foot longs on the fly while still professionally assisting other customers who came in, even remembering their names and previous orders. I run multiple teams and was extremely impressed with this young man! Great Job Subway, and Awesome Job Luther!
One person show.common in today's world. Not crowded at all, overworked counter person did a great job keeping up! Hats off to her!
Sign on the door says they aren’t honoring any subway coupons. So boycotting obviously. Soon as I saw that I turned around and spent my money somewhere else. Our community cannot afford to tolerate this behavior.
