Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
10 I've intentionally waited several months to calm down after my experience here. I put in an order, the same order we've placed previously on the mobile app several times. I picked up the order, and when I got home (15 minute drive) my wife and daughter grabbed thier sandwiches. I unwrapped mine, and it wasn't the Italian BMT I'd ordered. I called the store, they said bring the dandwiches in and they'd fix it. Of course, the other two individuals had already started eating thier HOT sandwiches. So I told the store I'd bring mine in. When I got there, instead of fixing it, I got argued with by the "sandwich artist". Refused to fix the mistake or even apologize, just told me I was wrong. I left the wrong sandwich there, as it wasn't what I wanted.
I haven't been back to this store, and won't go to any stores owned by this same franchisee; I got a list.
Congrats Warrensburg Subway, you've soured a 35 year customer.
The local Firehouse, on the other hand, has great service, is polite, and solved the one issue we ever had with a smile (they were out of brownies, cookies are an ok substitute).
I had a rather disappointing experience during my visit. It's puzzling why the staff seems reluctant to provide napkins and occasionally respond in an unfriendly manner when asked for one. This seemingly simple request led to an unpleasant encounter, leaving me dissatisfied with the service. I hope the establishment can address this issue, as it significantly affects the overall dining experience. In the future, I'd appreciate more accommodating service and improved customer interaction.
These foreigners do not understand any English at all amd they are not a participating location in Subway Points oflr coupons. As if they wpuld understand anything that would be said anyway.
Went in to get a small payday loan of $3500 to help pay for my daughters wedding to my uncle, and I needed the money to buy her a unicorn. Because I can’t afford to buy her a car. I have had to take her to school on horse and buggy and want to give her something nice. Upon entering, I was told that I cannot receive this loan because I am only 5’8 and you must be 6” to get money. So I asked the gentleman, how tall are you? He said he is 5’5 and he gets $200 a day from here. I proceeded to tell the man, he needs to get his money up not his funny up. I won’t be going back. But I have two weeks to get money for my daughter, so I’ll try again tomorrow
This store closed their bathroom to customers. They struggle with mobile or online orders. They refuse to be a participating restaurant in any subway deals and restrict the use of coupons to a few select sandwiches.
It’s the lack of sauce for me. Really? Two tiny splats of honey mustard? Do I look like I have high cholesterol. I won’t be back.
Recently purchased dinner for the family, my son and I ordered the Philly steak and it turned out to be the worst tasting Philly I've ever had.i could not finish the sandwich and It did not even taste like real beef plus they refused to accept their own coupons. I probably won't be returning
Placed an order on the subway app and was double charged for it and then they didn't receive the order and was told to call my bank. Why do I get punished when it's your business's technology glitching and double charging. This is unacceptable and all to common now a days and I will always knock the business.
I order door dash went to pick up not more than 5 min after the app said my order was ready.
I opened the sandwich and it was more soggy than anything else I’ve ever seen. Went right back without a bite or anything in the sandwich. Asked for it to be remade or any other solution and they straight up told me to solve it with door dash that it wasn’t their problem. -. Ended up paying for a whole new sandwich. I worked for many years in fast food they could have taken the nasty sandwich and remade it but they’re just bad. -.
Terrible experience ordering online and picking up in store. Kept saying they never received my order and proceeded to make me feel dumb. Grub hub confirmed that Subway had accepted the order after I had paid. One worker mean mugged me the entire time in the store and the other one was rude (neither of which was understanding English well) and wouldn't even help figure out what was going on. Continued to demonstrate (on phone) that I had PAID for and submitted order.
