Subway, Kansas City MO

Ordered a sandwich with extra meat on the app, no extra meat, the sandwich was just thrown together, didn't taste good at all. Tried calling, no answer. Used to order from there all the time but won't be going back. Two times in a row the sandwich has been awful.

Great employees. Just always only have 2 people working in there all the time. Lunch time they get slammed.

Placed an order 2 hours in advance with a set pickup time. Came in at that time not ready said they would get to it. Waited an additional 20 minutes past pickup time wile they waited on other ppl. Do not use subway app for this location.

Just had some of the worst subway I think I've ever had today.it's probably just whoever is working right now @ 230pm on 8-13-23 but my bacon on my sandwich wasn't toasted, there was so much oil and vinegar on it that my bread is extremely soggy. Plus the other 2 sandwiches I ordered for my family have the wrong ingredients on it.normally is a 4 star experience but today was terrible. I'll order again at some point and I will change this review IF the experience has improved.

My sandwich was burnt and had no flavor they forgot the bacon and it was mostly bread and they forgot my chips

Ordered for Delivery, never again! Bread on all sandwiches were burnt to were you could barely chew, sandwiches were made wrong (either forgot something or added something that wasn't asked for) and forgot chips in one order. Definitely now have to physically go to one if I want some Subway now.

Would rather leave no stares I placed a order and it's 5: 21pm and store don't close till 9pm and the store is locked up and the person that was there said it was closed but I already payed for my food and it said it was ready so now I have to call the store tomorrow for a Manager so this tells me they are scamming and stealing money and there is no way to cancel order and anything on the app be careful every one they are scamming people they should be closed down permanently

They did a great job it was really busy because people were getting food before a concert. They got us in and out pretty quickly for as busy as they were.

This cashier has to be the absolute rudest person. She hung out in the back. We probably could have wiped out the cash. She had no idea what was going on.

This particular subway seems to always have fresh bread and they clean their ice machine so your ice isn't moldy. Staff is always friendly. Place is always clean.

If it's not workers who do not care about their job and just go slower than molasses. Then it's the workers that are just completely rude. I was asking if they were working on my side had been standing there waiting. I asked very respectfully hey ma'am is he working on my order she said I don't know. She asked him he completely ignored her didn't respond and I was like if he is he has three Foot Longs but there's only supposed to be one foot long and two 6 in he completely ignored her again just cut the two that needed because and she goes yes he's working on yours. I was so annoyed so I said thank you and I went and sat down and I waited and I waited and I waited. It's always like this either the workers are rude or they go slow and they just don't care. I hate it. This is a one Subway I can't stand to go to.

Giving a start cause I like subway and their new choices and they are generally clean as this one was. Unfortunately this location is generally lacking in service. Not only was she starting to clean everything when they close at 9. The attitude was unreal. Me and my friend order and she doesn't have a friendly look more of a disgusted look. I get it work sucks. But still come on. Not only that obvious signs of frustration because it seems she is the only one there again not my problem. Signs of frustration were slamming things tapping the screen with angry intent. Asking simple questions then a little huffing when we answer. Won't stop me from coming but I am not particularly happy nor feel welcome with this experience.

Food was great. Service was meh.grumpy old guy behind the counter needs a new line of work, or some other team members to help him.

Not bad for a quick bite near the stadium all in all.

New worker was flustered but very nice. Management should have stepped in and helped when bun machine was going off instead of demanding orders at him while he was with a customer
