Subway, Blue Springs MO

Usually pretty good, but today not so much. Old bread, no cookies, and slow service. Guess I’ll have to start going to the other Subway in Blue Springs.

This location needs shut down, what a joke. Sit in drive thru forever to find out they are assisting walk ins only because they don't feel like assisting both walk ins and drive thru. Management doesn't care, ownership doesn't care, why bother? !

Just came out of there stood there 30 minutes no acknowledgment then when I finally got fed up walked out the boy that's working here says oh I'm sorry don't come here smells like mildew bad place go to the other side

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Today I walked into the door the staff looked at me and didn't acknowledge or speak to me. I stood at the end of the counter to order my food and still the staff didn't acknowledge me. After some time of this I turned to leave and then the staff decided I was important enough to stop theconversation and tell me they would be with me in a few moments. No, your busy was my reply as I exited the store. This is the second time I have been into this subway and both times the staff seems to be to busy talking and playing games to wait on customers. I will not return to Subway.

Slow service. Even when the parking lot is empty and there are no cars in the drive thru. The default phrase is…. I’ll be with you in just a moment…. Who knows what on earth is going on during that time. I’m disappointed that this Blue Springs restaurant has so many negative reviews, and nothing seems to change. This store truly needs to be REFRESHED.
