4Says it opens at 9 am. 10 minutes later it’s still not open. I walked around back and the employee was standing outside smoking and got upset because I asked about opening. Apparently customer service isn’t their thing.
We have 3 family members. Walk in to order 6 sandwiches. Guy tells us they can't do it because it's a catering order and we would have to call in ahead of time for such an order. Seriously? This is the second time they've done this. We are a disabled family and don't get out much. However, we won't be coming back to this one ever again. Ridiculous! You are getting paid for what you serve. I could understand if it were like 10 or more sandwiches. Sounds like someone doesn't want to work to me.
Didn't answer the phone, Didn't have bread for a sandwich and then didn't try to call a store to make it correct
