Excellent property management! Walked in to inquire about an apartment for my wife and I and Sheila and Arely answered all my questions and were very nice. I look forward to moving in!

This place was my first apartment and it has by far been the worst place to rent from. Again with cockroaches, they were everywhere when I moved out I actually ended up taking a few with me that had nuzzled in my belongings. There were mice in the kitchen. Most importantly though their electrical is NOT UP TO CODE, these places are so old they used aluminum wiring. Everything would be fine if they did maintenance on their electrical or brought it up to date. I had an outlet catch on fire with nothing plugged into it because of heat expansion and something else without high voltage drawing power through that circuit. I had to cut the breaker off and cap off my outlet. There were police there every. Single. Day. Had to fix my windows when I moved in because the place had been broken into repeatedly. And with the maintenance. They refused to come fix the wall unit during the winter so I literally froze the whole season. Save your time, money, and stress. Worst place ever!

New management is AMAZING! I walked in to get information on the requirements to rent here and the manager was able to answer all my questions! I can't wait to move in once the units are available.

The office is "open" 9-5 which is a joke. No one there most the time, they are not responsive with maintenance issues. They do not return your calls, the grounds are in poor condition and the New Management is poor. Do not live here it's the ghetto

Poor maintenance response, poor management, does not respond in a timely manner. Window AC went in the extreme heat and took 3 days to get an ac which did not work well.

Absolutely worst management this property has had. Hidden violation fees everywhere. We have to pay regardless but they are abusing their power. Would not lease here.

You will not get your deposit back. Moved into a unit and didn't even have a stove or fridge for over 2 weeks. Then they brought both in from a different unit and it wasn't even cleaned. Had dead cockroaches in both. I cleaned them up then get charged for it. These "people" shouldn't have an apartment complex.

I lived about 5 years. Was happy with it. I fell & suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. I was in coma 4 months. Got out took over daughters lease & electric company said I owed 1100.00. I showed paperwork from hospital. They said manager was supposed to call but didn't. Had 15 managers while there. So if could give 0 would. Will always give bad reference. Stopped 20 people already. I would not rent there.

I've been living here for a year. My neighbors are loud and there are constantly new faces pouring in and out, police coming by for my neighbors almost weekly, my toilet doesn't even flush without a plunger! Not to mention the managment are LIERS! I was told my rent would be dropped 3 times but when rent came up it didn't change. When i confronted them they told me it was a mistake. How do you tell me the same thing 3 times from 3 different people then tell me you were wrong. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO!
