Sugar Creek Estates, Fenton MO

Have lived here 3 years and this year has by far been the worst.
I have gotten my packages stolen off my front porch (all for my family, mind you) and there's been some crazy stuff going on around here.
They have also raised pad rent to 600 a month.
We are definitely moving soon.

You see the name would have you belief the place leaves a sweet taste on your lips just from saying it. But in reality the place mightve been better named something like Sewer creek estates instead. The people living here, from my personal experiences, are all real big p.o. S. 's. They are the type of people who when you're walking in or out and you see them outside aswell and you wave and/or say hello, you're met with a blank stare, mumbling under their breath and pretty much just contempt. Its my opinion that places like these are miserable.

Only been here a few weeks. Nice neighbors and my street is very quiet and clean.

Not as cleaned up as this picture. Or the parts I was in and driving around.

Reasonably high priced mobile homes. Most people keep to themselves here. Some nosey and friendly neighbors here n there. Kids always playing outside. Small Playground behind the office. Plenty of road space.

Nice place. Although the pad rent keeps going up. I don't know how much they can raise it before people start just moving to another park or getting an apartment. Ours is a 3 br. 2 ba. 1400 sq.ft. The lot rent is now $600/mo. They pay for trash collection and cable/wifi. You can't rent a 3 br.apartment for less than $1200 right now. So. All in all not a bad deal for what we're getting.

Package stolen on first day living here within minutes of the delivery. This place has a theft problem.
