Food was amazing. The service was amazing. Kind of has that family style seating which is cool and different if you’re into that. Honestly the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve had in a while. My husband got the brisket sandwich and that was great too. I recommend getting the fries as they taste great. I got a smoked chocolate chip cookie as well. Totally recommend this place. It was such a neat little restaurant.

The food was.okay.definitely was not representative of the 45 dollars for two to eat.and the curly headed large black woman who took payment was way less than kind or friendly. Definitely would not recommend

I guess I struck out when I went. Got stuck in a 30 minute line. Brisket was a bit tough and dry. Not like moist pictures other people posted. The ribs were also a bit dry and under seasoned. The sweet potato side was also a little weak on flavor, though it was well cooked. The coffee BBQ sauce was fun, and a couple other sauces were nice.

The food was absolutely amazing. It was a little pricey, but worth every penny. The pulled pork was cooked so well and was full of flavour, and the sauces were also amazing

Amazing BBQ! Visiting on a very busy weekend and they were sold out twice before we could get in! Last day decided to arrive right when they opened and already a line! Worth. The. Wait.

Hubs and I shared the three meat combo with pulled pork, smoked turkey and brisket, with fries and Cole slaw and a side of pork belly hush puppies. All three meats were moist and delicious- no need for sauce on any of them. I tried their honey badger sauce and it was really good. Sides were fine but not what we came for.

Service was set up like a cafeteria line and really efficient. Seat yourself and local sodas. Overall a great experience!

We waited an hour in line because Metallica was playing tonight, but it was well worth the wait. The brisket sandwich was amazing

The food was delicious, and they gave us pieces to try while ordering! - loved the Mac and cheese!

The staff was super friendly and fun!

The music was Metallica and fit the audience perfectly as Metallica is in town this weekend!
Didn’t get to try any cocktails but they had some cool craft drinks.
Definitely recommend!

Had to wait in line a while to get in but it was worth it! Excellent food all around. I had the meat daddy and it was so good. They ran out of turkey and sausage but they offered me substitutes and extra burnt ends for the trouble.

The burnt ends and brisket were out of this world! Didn't even need sauce or anything!

If you do want sauce they provide plenty, and have something for everyone. Definitely a must try if you're in the area!

Best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had and the service was great. Love the giant neon sign! Choice of sauces was great. Excellent fries!

Despite its popularity, the food tasted average. Coleslaw was tasteless. The drinks were a bit flat too.

Walk in and order with a menu right above your head. This chipotle like restaurant will give you a wide selection of pork brisket beef whatever barbeque you want they have it.
The waiters are nice and the food is awesome. There is alot of cool art around and paintings on the wall. It is very chill and when i went it wasn't very loud. They have a wide variety of drinks and food. They don't have many desserts but if you so get the desserts they are amazing. You can order really fast and the service is great. All of the waiters and staff are there if you need them and they are great to have it you need recommendations.

Great BBQ but the staff needs to stop and listen to the customer. We tried to get a mixed drink and they just poured a soda and they gave us baked beans instead of green beans and we just couldn't get them to listen.

Tried the half rack ribs with Mac and cheese and green beans. The green beans were the best tasting out of those three. Ribs were pretty dry and lacked flavor unless you use their sauces which they keep at the tables for everyone to put their grubby dirty hands on. And the sauces honestly tasted a little rancid. My husband had the big muddy sandwich which has brisket in it. The brisket was very fatty. He also got fried okra which was good. Overall just eh okay food but we paid over $50 so not worth it and won’t be coming back. Also the place is pretty dirty floors are grimy.

Wow, this is good cafeteria style BBQ. Brisket and ribs and fantastic not over smoked, meat is tender, and choice of sauces is just right for anyone (must try the coffee sauce).

Honey badger bbq was good, burnt ends were yummy but pretty fatty. The ribs are pretty disappointing, meaty but you had to gnaw and chew longer than you would expect

Sugarfire is only a few blocks down from the Dome at America's Center. Arrive early at this local hit so you can enjoy their selection. When we showed up for dinner around 7: 00, they were out of ribs and running low on brisket. The line was out the door, but it moved quickly.

The restaurant serves food cafeteria-style. You take a tray and slide down the stations. You start with meat, then hot sides, cold sides, desserts, and payment. The cold sides are kind of hidden around a post, so save a space for potato salad.

The staff was friendly and funny. They were patient with my kids but also kept the line moving.

Tables are first-come, first-served. You are supposed to get your food before finding a table, so no saving seats.

Overall, the price was reasonable, and the food was worth the wait.
