They don’t care what the reason is if you are even just 5 minutes late they will charge $50 to reschedule you! Ridiculous! I am going elsewhere. The older lady was rude wouldn’t even check with the provider to see if she would see me quickly for my after surgery problem. It was a very disappointing experience I left in tears. It was a bad rainy day accidents everywhere. I work at a major hospital we always take things into account when you don’t feel well. This was a sign for me.
Wonderful people, seen promptly, and Dr. Totta is the utmost professional! Very clear answers to my questions, highly recommend on your road to better health!

My husband was referred to this office for a procedure. It has been a month for us leaving voicemails and begging someone to call us back. Although their voicemail says that it will be returned in 24 hr, that is a lie. We are looking at other offices who care about getting patients accommodated. I can only imagine what the service is like if they cannot even return your voicemail in the timely manner.
The doctor and the lady at the front dest I dealt with seemed nice. The lady that makes the schedule is very rude and disrespectful. I was very upset when I left there after the way she spoke to me. In the end it felt like their time and money was important but not mine. When you’re paying that much for a specialist the customer service should be better. You shouldn’t leave feeling the way I did today. I wish I had looked up reviews, it seems to be a bit of a problem there.
Great place to do business if you don't like getting called back, treated with respect, like to deal with business's that treat their customers as more than cash machines. This place is absolutely the worst. Never answer phones, never return calls and are incredibly greedy.
I had a follow up with after a hospitalization. I had a -5 minute discrepancy for the appt. I got there -5 minutes early according to my calendar. When I checked in, the very rude lady at the desk said “you are late and you owe me $25.00”. I had to pay immediately. I will NEVER GO BACK!
