Can no longer recommend this nail salon. I took my fiancé here to get a couple’s pedicure. Watched the gal who was going to give me mine get done with another person, she never took off her rubber gloves and came right over to me. I was like I do t thinks so you never changed your gloves, and washed your hands. We will melt be going back to summit Nail Spa Lee’s Summit. I officially give them and F rating on cleanliness!

Got me in pretty quick. Didn’t have several colors I chose. Played country music. Didnt offer anything to drink. Nail tech by front door rushed through, sloppy application, color and top coat on my cuticles. After 4 days the top coat started peeling off edges, didn’t know that was possible. I paid $65 plus tip. Won’t be returning.

My nails always look great! They are very strong as well. The other salon I use never last like these.

This is the cleanest and friendliest salon I’ve ever been to! Lexy does a beautiful job on my nails. I only wish I’d found them sooner!

Just there to get my eyebrow waxed. COCO was very nice and done in less then 5 min definitely going to b my spot for my eyebrows

I've been coming to the nail spa for over 6 months. Usually ok service. Nothing spectacular. Today I walked in and said I wanted a mani pedi. There was 1 or maybe 2 people in there. I had my pedicure and went with another girl for my nails. She started to take off my dip and then had me soak. Well then someone sat next to me and she promptly started working on her. Not one word about hey she has an appointment or can you wait a bit since we have appointments. NOTHING. When I said something one of the girls said just 2 minutes and then made the comment that I didn't have an appointment and very sarcastic. I paid and left. They charged me $12.00 to take my dip off. Which I had pretty much peeled off since she left me soaking for so long. As I left she told me EVERYWHERE you have to have an appointment. Not professional and now I am sitting at another establishment (no appt necessary) having my nails done.

I had a pedicure from Julie. I made a reservation online and when I walked in I was greeted immediately. I didn't have to wait. Julie was nice and not too chatty.just the way I like so I was able to relax.

Best place in town! Sanitation on point. Very nice staff. I drive 40 minutes to go to this place!

I went here for a manicure and nail dip. The slightly older woman that sat at the front desk took me as a walk in, for dip manicure. She did not have a name tag so I can't so who it was, but she was rude. It started with her telling me that what i wanted wasnt possible, after I showed her a picture from pinterest. This picture was a basic neutral color on 4 nails and an accent glitter nail, which is a very basic ans "doable' request. She then soaked my nails in WATER for approx 10 seconds before starting on my nails. She cut them shorter without asking, didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped, didn't care what I wanted, & didn't ask once if I liked what she was doing. She was rough with clipping my cuticles and didnt apologize when I flinched and pulled away. I didn't get any cuticle oil or any 'special treatment' that I pay for with a manicure. She did manage to put lotion on my hands at the end, but the massage (that everyone looks forward to) was non existent. She stared awkwardly out the window not talking to me or telling me if/when I was done.
Then she walked to the cash register (I'm assuming to signal that we were done) she told me my total was $52. The menu at the chair I was sitting at clearly said $46. She went to the chair and took it down. And then showed me a couple others that has been corrected (handwritten) to the new price. She refused to honor the card/menu that I had chosen my service off of.
And I may not have cared to pay the extra $6 if I had, in fact, gotten ANY of the pampering of the manicure that I paid for.
I left with a color that I didn't really want, paid more than I was quoted on their menu, had crusty residue under my nails, and overall had a terrible experience.
Will not return. So unprofessional.

Worst mani pedi I have ever gotten. Polish was on my cuticles and it started cracking and chipping the same evening. I will NEVER go back to this place

Zero status! Here is why. I traveled to Missouri to visit with family. I asked my daughter in law to book an appointment with a nail salon since she knows the area. She booked an appointment with Summit Nail Spa location 1630 SE Blue Parkway Lees Summit, MO 64063 and said it’s close to my house and she had never been there.

Upon arrival we both ordered a lavender pedicure and a hot oil manicure. Pedicure was going along fine until the lady giving the manicure put the hot towels on me. She did not shake them off when they cam out of their heater/microwave to check to see how hot they were before putting them on my legs. Let’s just say OUCH.

The manicure was next, and the same lady came and brought a bowl out and told me to put my hands in and soak. So, I did. The oil was so hot it burnt my knuckles and it immediately blistered. I told her it was too hot and showed her what happened.

She did not apologize, but instead starting gaslighting me and telling me it was my fault, and I was too sensitive and that it was fine for her. Even though you could clearly see the blister bubble on my knuckle. Then proceed to constantly say I was too sensitive and would not perform the rest of the service that I asked for. My daughter in law is a physician assistant and was an ICU nurse for years. She saw what happened and cancelled her oil manicure. We both were so appalled at the lack of professionalism and common courtesy for injuring me. Not one single apology came from this person. She did not ask if I needed medical assistance or even a band aid.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and believe they should be checked by the state who gave them a license.

Great service, I've always been pleased with my nails after services. However, I recently had a gel manicure and all of the polish chipped and peeled off in 2 days. I called to inform them and they were unable to help or compensate me as I wasn't able to make it in that day.

I'm new to the area and went to this salon to support a local business. I scheduled an appointment to have dip nails soaked off and gel nail polish applied. I got to my appointment 10 minutes ahead of time then waited 35 minutes to be seen. My appointment went well and was not rushed at all. My nails look great! My disappointment came when I received the bill. I was charged $40 to take off dip polish and have gel polish applied. I didn't receive a manicure, by the way. I was handed the receipt folded and upside down. When I saw the amount I was charged for services I did not receive I inquired about the discrepancy and was given the runaround. I went ahead and gave a tip to the lady as a parting gift. This was a small price to pay to learn where not to support again.

This place is awesome. They really try their best to please you. I have never made an appointment and they always fit me in without a long wait. Upon arrival, you are offered a beverage of choice. The chairs feel wonderful with the massage option on. Plus it is super clean. My nails are always beautiful when I leave. Great place to go for mani and Pedi.

First time and last at this place. The nail technician did not care what I wanted for my hands or feet. When I spoke up, several times, she kept insisting what she thought looked better. I ended up over charged and left very unsatisfied.

Please do not visit this business. I only wished I read the reviews prior.

Been going here for years. Super disappointed with how they handle customer service when it comes to being disappointed with the service provided. Had an issue with the way my natural nails were filed after I asked them not to be touched, when being serious everything went off track, asked for hot pink got natural pink with sparkles. 2 months of growth was taken without my permission, my hands and feet both have suuuuper uneven nails & I explained from the moment I noticed I wasn’t happy with the service and wouldn’t be paying but they still insisted we paid& that I got what I wanted. Never going back. I will be calling the owner until I get a refund. I don’t take keenly to any situation when someone has bodily boundaries and they’re violated & the person responsible insists you should like what you got. 0/10 for this experience.

I had the most awkward experience on my last visit 3/26/22. Lexy was my nail tech and is usually great. I went in for a fill and right away I could tell she was distracted, she kept stopping and looking over at her phone. After a few minutes, she held up her phone and showed me a live stream of a funeral. YES, A FUNERAL! I said, wow that is so sad, I am so sorry, I was at a loss at what to say other than that. She then kept stopping to watch it, and even held my hand a couple of times. I asked her several times if she needed to take a break or have someone else finish and she kept saying she was fine.even tho she was crying, which I totally understand, I'm not cold hearted.

Since she was so distracted, she trimmed my nails on my right hand twice, not bothering to even up the nails my left hand, which are clearly longer. I also wanted a cute design, which she said she couldn't do because my nails were too short.they aren't, I just wanted a stripe (see pic) So, I was like ok, just do any design you want then, she refused and said I don't know what you want me to do. So I just said ok leave them like they are then.

Also, the past couple of times that I have gone in, she asked me who did my nails last time and since I didn't know the techs name, I just pointed to the station I was at. The second time she asked, I gave her the same answer, she kind of made a noise like she didn't believe me. It was very strange and honestly made me feel very unwelcome. I will not be going back.

Results are very hit and miss. Sometimes I go in and services are wonderful, other times it’s pretty bad. When it’s bad the tech are careless and cut me a lot and the polish job is sub par. I don’t usually ask for anything too extensive and I’m very flexible with my expectations. My most recent experience has led me to no longer get services here. During the manicure I was cut several times and the tech was rushing. She also couldn’t do a simple flower design. My gel manicure started to peel and lift after only 1 week. I called Sunday when I noticed the lifting and they were booked. I went in Tuesday, today, and was told they were booked. When I told them what had happened they seemed unbothered by it and told me to make an appointment for tomorrow.
