Summit on Quality Hill Apartments, Kansas City MO

I love summit on quality hill! Amazing staff and residents. The apartments are beautiful and the whole community loves it here!

Solid place to live a bit pricey but staff is helpful and great location.

I have visited this complex several times because I have friends who live there. I love the look of the apartments so much that I've decided to move there at some point. I've been working with Anita on touring and the application process. She has been so patient, kind and understanding with my millions of questions. The apts are absolutely beautiful and look to be well constructed. The premises are clean and everyone I interact with is wonderful. The area is ideal. You can walk to the River Market or downtown, to the Folly, or many restaurants. I am very excited about the prospect of living in Summit at Quality Hill apts!?

Apartments are well maintained, have great amenities, and the leasing office team is very helpful and professional. Moving in was a breeze. And it’s in a great location, just a short walk to the street car!

I have lived here since July and love it, the garage parking with storage is amazing and my kitchen is huge.

The place is lovely, as a first time apartment in this city I couldn't be happier with the amenities and staff. They always keep us feeling like a community and I'd recommend to anyone.

Lived here from 2017-2020. The single bedroom units were great. However we were looking for more space so we made a deal with the leasing office to change to a 2 bedroom unit. That's when things went way downhill. The 2 bedroom units are horribly designed, amplifying noise from the neighboring units. The upstairs neighbors were the most inconsiderate jerks I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After kindly asking them to stop making so much noise, they complained to the leasing office that we were harassing them. The office took their side, so we were forced to find a new place to live.
