Sunglass Hut, Branson MO

I had a great experience here at sun glasses hut I went with my wife Brittany to look for her some sun glasses and she’s undeceive and took her about a hour to find two pair but she did and I found myself two pair of ray bans that I just love now and our wonderful sales associate “ Brin “ I believe was her name helped us out and was wonderful.

Google doesn’t allow us or me to add another review but had such a great experience went back today and brought two pair of Oakley’s and two more cases and Brin and Nikki helped us out again. I live in Kansas about 3 hours away from here but I have now found my place for sunglasses and I will not be going to any other place for them expect here and when you call in ask for Nikki or Brin they are both wonderful and great people and great conversations

All the staff are very friendly and the manager, Nikki, was present helping customers. Ronnie went above and beyond to make a good experience while in the store and he succeeded! I went in for one pair and left with three! Ty!

Was told by Ronnie at checkout the protection plan would cover if I lost my sunglasses then when I lost them I called to make a claim and they just told me sorry our employee lied but we can’t help you.

We walked in 10 mins before closing and Ronnie greeted us with a smile. He spend the next 30-40 mins helping us find exactly what we wanted. We were never rushed in the least and we felt bad for keeping him past closing hours. We came there looking for 1 pair and walked out with 3 pair. He was very patient and knowledgable of all the sunglasses and technologies. As a business owner, people like him are hard to find. He is truly an asset to your company. Thanks so much!
