Sunnyhill Inc, Fenton MO

This is a very dangerous company. I am a guardian for my nephew and he is being subjected to violence from roommate. They have been telling us they are moving roommate out but it has been 4 long months! And they refuse to get any help for roommate when he exhibits violence. Last night he attacked my nephew again on the stairs even with aide right there. Staff obviously was not trained because we are told staff is always supposed to be between guys and she didn't. They shoot the messenger BIG TIME and Calle M.made things much worse for us too!

I worked for this company for two years. I always thought it was a great company to work for and they did wonderful things for people and they do. But they treat their employees badly. I had always done my job the right way. I recently made one mistake and got fired. No warning no verbal conversation no write up or anything.

Not a good company. The staff in the field is treated as slaves that worked the field. They're understaffed and under paid. I was terminated for taking PTO. They said I abandoned the job. Which was absolutely false. I had over 200 plus hours of PTO that accumulated and approved by my supervisor. Calle m.has a personal issue with me and talked about me to other staff even as far as to make a joke about my vitiligo before. The people in the office pressures the staff to work shifts they didn't sign on for and a threaten they're job if they dont comply. Very unprofessional and talks bad about staff personal issues to others in the company.
