Sunrise Dispensary, Kansas City MO

Customer service is garbage. Two men stood around bad mouthing a previous customer while they made me wait for fifteen minutes with only one other customer in the room. Dude acted like he was waiting on me when he finally graced me with his presence. Can't even check out the product before you buy either. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Greg helped me during my visit; he was amazing with helping me find what I was looking for and super nice! 10/10 visit.

1st time here, impressed with waiting area. Arcade games? They make it too easy. Nice and helpful staff. Oh baby. 4: 20 is finally here, and it is only 2024!

My budtender Landon was simply the best! He explained the products and gave his opinions on which gummies would be best for my needs! I appreciated his candor and laughed at his funny personality! I will definitely be back for more!

Jake was great and is amazing at his job. But this is a really different experience than my ones from before. Second paragraph was my post 4 months ago. I stopped coming here because the deals went away. And the fact you can't stack points with discounts. Like I know I'm not the only one that stopped coming because of it, loosing over $1000 a month on me alone. I only came today because I didn't want to drive to get a deal but now I will since every other place let's you stack discounts. It's horrible for your employees too. Like how is that fair. It's our loyalty to the business so we should be able to use it.

I love coming here! Everyone knows me and always makes me feel so welcomed! It's like a second family! Everyone always knows the product and I love the smiles! The product is always great, love the deals and the point system is awesome! I am horrible with names and wish I could remember.i go as much as I can

I over gave change the other day and the drive through cashier denied it. They did nothing about it. Called the store and they said too busy to help me. Don't trust going here I'll never be back. They took my 20$$ after I gave them a 3$$tip.

Sunrise initally offered military Veterans a 22% discount, placing the dispensary at the top of the K. C.list, in terms of taking care of former service members. However, immediately after legislation was passed allowing for the purchase of recreational marijuana, the Sunrise veteran discount was reduced to 15%. Now I learned Veterans can no longer use our discount when we choose to cash in our loyalty points. Shame on you Sunrise. Veterans deserve better. For my former brothers in arms who are looking to do business with those who truly appreciate them, I recommend you visit Nature Med. They offer a 20% Veteran discount. You also earn $10.00 for every $ 100 spent that can be redeemed with your discount. I've spent my last dime at Sunrise.

Jake and Nikki were rockstars with customer service! Hooked it up for my birthday too! Highly recommend!

Sad place to call a dispensary. It's an all the time thing that they have something affordable on their website and then you go to place the order and it won't let you bc it's out. I don't know any other dispensary that pulls that. Bad business if you ask me. It's not just a one time thing it's an all the time thing. How about make it affordable for people who spend their hard earned money to have a medical card. Ever since it became recreational this place never has deals and when they do there gone before you can get them. No remedy to their mess up. Won't be coming back I will go elsewhere. It's sad bc I used to like this place.

I’m so sick of going in here trying to support a business and they are terrible. They have no idea what they are talking about they are rude and cannot answer questions because of lack of understanding (all of them are ignorant if they are good tenders they RUN) they don’t know their own products or they literally do not listen to you. Go to NatureMed they are way better. This is the worst in the city, probably the state. I’ve been to dispensaries across the country and have never spoken to a bud tender that was as ignorant as these individuals.

These people lie and have zero consistency on how they run things. They truly are a pathetic company. Can’t wait till some one else takes that location over. These folks will not last
