Sunset Hills Subaru Service Center

Ever since taking my vehicle I have had more issues with it and they had switched out the staff and not a fan of the one who worked with me. Will have to drive to another service center now.

Picked up our third Subaru from Sunset Hills Subaru today. Great folks who know how to make it easy to buy a Subaru and they have a beautiful facility!

Absolutely amazing service! I had an issue with my vehicle at another company, and Samantha helped me out so much, getting me in the same day I called, helping me file a claim, and even delivering my vehicle to me when it was ready

Called to set up appointment and was told they can work on it today. I drive 30 minutes out here just to be told they can’t work on it today.

I must share my complete satisfaction with Sunset Hills Subaru and Subaru of North America of my most recent experience. This is in recognition of Mr. Keith Rodriguez, tech 7249 and Ms. Aleen Qondah, delivery specialist. On 06/11/22 my Outback was in service for a fluctuation in idle RPM. That was my complaint. Although there were no lights on the dash, or no codes in the computer, Mr. Rodriguez did what a great auto mechanic would do, and with his extensive experience solved the problem. It is now just like new. (My car is seven months old). Just as important, and equally as valuable to me was the guidance and explicit training I received from Ms. Qondah on set-up of my plasma display. Her sense of urgency with a complete intuitive approach to all my many questions were answered in detail over a period of 45 minutes. Well done Ms. Qondah.

Even though my car was due for a scheduled high-cost routine maintenance visit, the service manager suggested a less expensive package because of the lower mileage on the car.

They were able to accommodate me same day and only appropriate work done, was done well and at a fair price. I am very pleased.

Sunset Hills Subaru has always been kind and professional. The dealership is clean and roomy, has snacks, big screen T. V.laptop stations, children's play area and best of all they have super sweet doggies! I can bring my dog also who stays by my side.
