Sunshine Animal Hospital, Springfield MO

I have brought a few dogs here over the past decade. I went and asked for some vaccination to be printed. They did not have them recorded. I also found that they did not have a record of my pup being sedated for and ear cleaning either. I will and I'm going to take my beloved pet somewhere else where that provides better customer service.

Over booked. It took over 2 wks to get an appt for my cat with very swollen lip.

My boy Bjorn hopped on the table himself and was waiting for the doc for his annual checkup very happy to see them. I love this Vet.

Would not except my dog, even though they seen my dog like 10 years ago. They stated we’re not excepting new patients. I told them the dog is not a new patient.

Dog had brown recluse bite between toes, told to person on the phone and got out on hold for over 20 mins 3 different times after I already said I can't hold. Service is usually good but staff always forget when they put people on hold
