Called looking for a specific car’s availability. Willing to put put down money for new car if available. Asked if any cars like it available and instead got interviewed like I was already purchasing and applying for the credit. Instead of getting a salesperson I a got their assistant talking all my information and trying to set up a time for me to come in all the while telling me they were waiting for their inventory to update on the screen. I just want to know if they have what I am looking for first

I am assuming the work was done properly by the mechanic or I would have rated it lower. So far, the mechanics have been great.
I bought my car here 16 months ago, including the extended service package for free oil changes, tire rotation etc. Every time I've had it done, they have tried to charge me for the services saying I scheduled it incorrectly. I scheduled using the link in the reminder email they sent me about my "covered services".
Two out of three of the women working as cashiers were rude and obviously saw me as an interruption of whatever they wished they were doing at the time.

I do not plan to buy from them or recommend them favorably again.

I had a great experience at Suntrup Nissan! I worked with Brad and he gave me everything I was looking for. He was very upfront and honest, which made me super comfortable throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend!

I had no intention of buying a car Saturday; my plan was to stop at a few dealers and maybe test drive a couple cars. I stopped to look at a Santa Fe and ended up purchasing a 2022 Tucson SEL. After we were greeted by Luke Lafond, we discussed the Santa Fe choices I was there to see. I relayed my interest in vehicles with large flat cargo spaces and good gas mileage. After checking out the Santa Fe, Luke suggested looking at the redesigned 2022 Tucson, which now has better cargo space and gas mileage than the Santa Fe. I was definitely more pleased with the Tucson. I am glad he suggested looking at it. Luke has excellent sales skills, is very personable and professional, passionate about his products, and very knowledgeable and proficient with the multitude of electronics on the vehicles. Although Suntrup did not have the color and convenience pkg combo I wanted, Luke immediately located the vehicle at another dealer, had it delivered to this facility, and then added the cargo cover I requested. Overall, I was pleased with my experience with everyone at Suntrup in addition to the extra effort Luke put forth to obtain the vehicle I wanted.

Just want to let people know that Greg Snyder made purchasing a car for our daughter a wonderful experience. We only had part of a day and did not know what we wanted. Greg took us for several test drives in different vehicles and really helped us figure out what we wanted. He effectively explained all the features and benefits with each car and was able to give comparisons to other makes and models. His attention to detail and explanation for the safety features was extremely helpful. We selected a 2021 Tucson that our daughter is extremely happy with. Joe Dawidouski was great! Very friendly and helpful; got us right into what we wanted/needed without the round and round and time wasted. We worked with Brad Hotop at the Nissan dealership and had an excellent experience. This was our first time buying a new car and we were a little nervous that we would get a pushy salesperson but that was not our experience at all. Brad was very helpful and took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted and staying within our budget.
