Customer service is amazing! Easton and Tony are awesome! They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I bought a used RAM from here, and I live 4 hours away. I had to wait a couple days while the truck had some parts replaced, so Easton & Tony made sure I was informed the entire time. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Will not work with you if you get financing on your own with banks they work with. They want you to only do their financing even if you make it clear you just need a purchase order so your bank can write a check to them for the car. This is how contracts get voided in the future. I will never do business here ever again.

This is the worst place to do business. No one will answer the phone, The voice mail say the guy will be on vacation until Aug. 14th; It was September 12th when I called. No one there can communicate. Poor service, poor sales; even worse management. I wish we bought elsewhere. Horrible company to deal with.

Zero star! Finally got the Hyundia Anti-Theft software updated on my car through the Urban League. Took less then 15 minutes! Suntrup Kia on S. Lindbergh told me they were NOT doing the Hyundia Anti-Theft software updates. In regards to your response, about never doing with business with you. We bought the car from you, we consider that doing business with you.

I have many issues to discuss with my wife's experience with your service department on Friday. 1.) no one warned her when scheduling that a diagnostic service could take 1-2 business days, she was scheduled on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend. 2.) the issue was not properly diagnosed, there is no way that a 2022 Kia Rio with 26k miles should have run out of Freon because the radiator has bugs stuck in it.there is obviously a leak or connection issue that needs addressed. 3.) we were expecting to leave the car until properly diagnosed/fixed but were told to come pick it up at the end of the day and when my wife was expected to pay the diagnostic fee the receipt stated "customer refused repair at this time" which is far from the truth.we agreed to get a quote on Tuesday for the part we were told would need replaced. 4.) i understand that a wash, vacuum and air freshener is included in your services, a sign was hung in the vehicle stating that was completed but why lie about it? The car was personally washed/cleaned the day before this visit and there was a clear lack of evidence that these services were completed.they were not necessary but there is no reason to also lie about it.our overall experience left us completely disappointed and frustrated beyond reason.we completely feel taken advantage of and don't feel confident in the reliability and trust we thought we had in Kia.
Edit: it is now Thursday almost a week later and we have not been contacted by anyone at this location to follow up. Ridiculous.

James & David are absolutely amazing! They made the buying process so easy! Best experience ever. Which is why I rated with 3 stars.

When it comes to the service dept I don’t know if they have an employee shortage or what the deal is but I seems no mater what time I drop my car off it’s never done at the time they tell me when I drop it off.

Today I was told it would be ready around 4pm. They close at 6pm it’s almost 20 till 6 and I am still sitting here waiting for my car.

If it wouldn’t void the warranties on my car I would switch my maintenance to somewhere else.

Sales staff are great and very helpful. Service department seems poorly managed and has taken 1hr+ longer than what we were quoted on numerous occasions even for something as simple as an oil change. If it doesn't void your warranty to go somewhere else, I highly recommend you do that.

Just got my $60 oil change. It only cost me $121. They charged me more for 7 quarts although the book says it’s only 6.13 quarts.

I bought my car from Kia about a month ago. James Bullock was my salesman and he is wonderful. Not pushy and definitely made my experience amazing while buying my car. He went out of his way for everything I asked and is just a genuine person. The service department on the other hand has not given me a pleasant experience. I made an appointment to wait for my car while getting my new key fob programmed. They told me they had me as drop off but told me I could wait that it could take 6-7 hours. I had to get to work but I waiting for as long as I could. When I made the appointment they told me it would take a little over an hour (no big deal, I worked that into my schedule). I had to get to work and they would not shuttle me to work as it was more than 5 miles from the dealership and would not give me a loaner car. I told them just to give my car back and I would make another appointment to drop off as that seems like the only way to get it done. That’s fine. I get it, but they need to tell customers that from the start. I tried to go back to get a car wash as that is offered when you buy a car there and suddenly the car wash was down but forgot to inform me when I asked and I already waited 15+ minutes. They did say I could go to a different dealership however there has been multiple instances among these I feel that I have not been valued as a customer and they come up with excuses every time I need something that they do not get money for (extra key fob programming came with the purchase of my car). The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because James is so pleasant to deal with and he deserves 5 stars but their service department could use improvement in customer service, scheduling, and communications skills.

*edit* car wash is still broken a month later

I had the pleasure of working with Easton on the purchase of my first car and he couldn't have been more help. From walking me through the different models and features, to the final cost breakdown, and even getting my phone paired up to my new car. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to purchase a car or just has questions. Also a shoutout to Bob for walking us through the financing process and getting us on the road even faster!

Called to make an appointment to get Kia anti-theft software upgrade on my car. Car purchased at dealership in north county. Recently moved to south county. Since I had not been to their dealership in the past they would not do the upgrade on my car. This is an upgrade from their corporate headquarters available for all eligible vehicles. All authorized Kia dealers should be able to do this upgrade on any eligible car whether it was purchased there or not. Terrible customer service.

Price shown online and confirmed when called was then $5,000 higher when got into dealership. Provided Trade value estimate given on value my trade feature was then low balled $10k less when arrived. Waste of my time.

Only reason for the one star was the young salesman tried his best and gave good knowledge of the car and tried to give good service. Sales Manager was a jerk

Tried to schedule an appointment for an emissions test, apparently they are no longer accepting new customers and could not tell me if there was another Kia location near by they man in their call center was short with me and very unapologetic about the situation considering I’m new to this area and am from Illinois so getting plates renewed is a totally different process. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone especially now after seeing their horrible reviews as someone who worked for a Kia dealer for years I would be ashamed to have my name attached to this business. They need to do better and need to get people in who actually know what customer service means.

Purchased a 2021 Subaru from this dealer and within a few days of driving the vehicle, it was obvious brakes / rotors are completely shot and apparently added a tire that does not match the other 3?

$1,100 repair for all 4 - guess they do not inspect every used vehicle before marketing?

The sales guy that sold me my car was really nice but the service department is absolutely awful, they never answer the phone or call you back, they barely reply to your texts which was the only way I could get a hold of them. They kept my car there for 5 days only to tell me that they can't fix it and had to take it to another dealership on a certain date and then forgot to make an appointment for them to take my car there. They always saying they are behind and having a bad day. I don't recommend anyone getting their car serviced there.
