Purchased my fifth car from Suntrup this week, Salesmen (ARRON VOEGE) are great, price is fair. But your service department really needs to step up its Quality of their work performance. How do you have a new car go out the door with scratches and dash plastic covers damaged.other than oil changes i take my cars to Plaza Auto for repairs. I Purchased a new VW last year they did not remove the Suspension bands off the shocks, i had oil change on Infinity did not put oil fill cap on right, covered my engine in oil.grease left on steering wheel. These may seem minor to the Managers but as a customer that spends hard earn money at a business is a major issue.that's my opinion.

This is the worst place in the world to buy a car! The salesman are liars and womanizers! My fiancé went there to buy a her car after I set up the deal, the salesman was more concern what she did for a living and how she was able to buy the car for cash then selling her the car. Wow after owning a Nissan Altima S for 4 years my push button start just went completely into the dash and I can't start my car! How much do you think that will cost? I will never ever buy another Nissan as long as I live! If you're rich that's a drop in the bucket but if you're middle class that's a lot of money consider your choices wisely!

They got me the car I wanted with for the right price. Go see Collin if you want top notch service, especially if you want a Leaf. Adela is also fantastic. She makes the financing process go smooth.

I have purchased four new Nissans (2009,2012,2015, and 2018). Three of these four cars were bought from Suntrup. I have experienced issues with the last name two vehicles and the maintenance staff has been the problem. I’m done with Nissan forever.

We had a great overall experience at Suntrup. Nadja & Adela were incredible and really helpful. Out of everyone we interacted with while searching for a car, they were by far the most well versed, informed, and helpful. They made the experience of searching for a car so much less stressful and provided us with endless options for someone who was very picky when it came to her car!
