Convenient and as Professional as it can be Given the circumstances! I think it's a motel with 2 Different Names Actually! Seems like anything wouldn't be too hard to Find. I seen a Nice Looking Woman w Some "Daisy Duke" Blue Jean Shirts I Wouldn't Have Minded Meeting. I Couldn't Find the Other Inexpensive Spot near here, we staid at last time. Didn't have to go outside rooms to smoke here. Thank The Most High I Couldn't Find The Other Place Anyway

Sorry wasn't here although I've picked up a few friends here and well, if I HAD to stay here I Don't think I would like it.

Price is high, but the owner is easy to deal with and very understanding. He'll work with you if you have stayed there a while.

The owners and their staff work around the clock to make sure each person is satisfied. They take great care of their extended stay making them feel somewhat like family. It's like it's own little community despite any reputation 40 highway may have it's a great place to stay. So be nice to jigs and his wife and the staff they work really hard

The rooms were clean needs everybody was super cool not non-gentimental and just an all-around good stay

Stayed here twice now and on both emergency occasions they charge quite a bit for a room with absolutely no TV

The owners are vary disrespectful people. I was looking for my minor child at this hotel i ask the manager if someone could assist me in making sure my runaway child was not there hotel. Long story short the owners called the police on us for knocking on doors looking for a child the police came and my child was located in one of there rooms. I was called a black told to go back to Africa and the N word i told them all i wanted was my child and i was able to receive my child from this dangerous place its not suitable for children let alone any human its trash all over the parking lot and a lot of drunk long term guests. There was a few polite folks as we apologize for disturbing them we was just looking for a minor

Do not stay. They are a no refund hotel, and their rooms are already occupied by bed bugs! This review page makes u tap on a star or there would be none marked.

Friendly owners, clean rooms, sheets, towels, etc. Ms. Steven, the new addition to Budget Inn team us doing an excellent job. Takes care of the customers by making sure the rooms assigned are clean and have all items that's suppose to be in the room and always available to answer questions.

Nice, clean and quiet. The place is being remodeled. I wasn’t to sure about staying here for my trip, but I saved some money and my experience was good!

It's hard to get service around here, yet the housekeeper's are really nice with good attitudes. I just believe they're understaffed. I've been better places but it's what you call a functional motel for your budget.

Super short on cash but need a place to rest your head? This is the place. Not top notch but a quiet place to sleep. Then get up and go again.

What a dump. I wish I would have taken pictures to post. The towels were always stained the carpet needed to be replaced years ago.dont believe me go rent a room and see for yourself.
