The lady who cut my hair was friendly and fast. She did an excellent job. No one there was freaking out about wearing a mask. The conversation was good along with the service. It's a great place for a good trim.

Very easy to get to and convenient and Kayla was very good with my business cut haircut. I'm glad they are so close to Mitchell Chiropractic also a really good place to have your back worked on

Went to this location and only had to wait maybe 20 minutes. First time there. I had waist long hair and showed Tonya what I wanted.she did just what I asked for.short! We should've taken a before and after pic! First haircut I've had since I moved here from SD 4 yrs ago! Hubby loves it too!

Sign in person states certain number of minutes, then online appointment people arrived 15 minutes late and were able to still skip the line. This place is already minimal standards and professionalism on top it it. Will not come back anymore.

No wait doesn't mean no wait we were told the wait was 2 hours after showing up for no wait time save your time and go to a reliable establishment you know tells the truth

I love supercuts & have been going there for sometime. I went in this time & they only had two people cutting & I didn't have time to wait an hour so I was forced to go elsewhere. But I will go back. It's clean, quiet & comfortable.

Very unimpressed asked for a layer hair cut with curtain bangs. What I received was uneven bangs no layes what so ever the back of my hair was not cut at all. Play on her apple watch while cutting my hair forgot to wash my hair didnt even dry it all the way didnt ask if i liked it. Didnt even give me a mirror to look at the back. And was incredibly rough wash my hair after i asked to have it wash. Definitely not happy with my hair and now i have to go get it fixed at another shop!

They always do a great job cutting my hair but the price has gone up alot plus they aren't s bring coupons anymore

Had to fix a bad haircut from Walmart for my wife. Very professional. Satisfied will return.

Update on Supercuts. This has been my place for 15 years or more but today 7/29/21 made an appointment for 12: 30. One hour ahead of time. Showed up 12: 25 and they said I was next with 4 people waiting. 3 people picked ahead of me with each time they looked at me and said I was next. A lady walks in the door at 12: 45 and guess who was next. Yes, it was her next at 1: 00 with me being told I was next at after that, would have been 1: 15 to 1: 30 or longer before I would have been next unless someone else came in. So when I got there at 12: 20 I was next and told that each time through 3 people. I know a place can be busy and I can wait in line but please don't tell me I'm next each time when I'm not. And an hour off the appointment time, why an appointment? Drove to Supercuts on S. Campbell and walked in, they said a few minutes. 10 minute wait and I was in a chair. Honest and very nice people here. My new place.

I had set an appointment due to the last visit of walking in for a wash/haircut i had waited. But setting an appointment did not help, i had set an appointment but was still i a long line of waiting. It appeared they were an hour of waiting and walkins seemed to be going before me.
They only spoke to me at check in and not after at anytime.

Found my new place to take the kids and I to. They were super nice and accommodated my whole family.

They do a good job cutting hair. Sometimes there is a long wait, make sure to check in online before going so it isn't quite as long of wait

Had an appointment time of 1: 00, so did 6 other people, and only 4 stylists working! Waited for half an hour and had to leave very poor scheduling. I will not go back or recommend.

I chose this Supercuts because they had good reviews and the friend who always did our hair couldn’t get us in. When I called the day before Catherine was super sweet so I liked that and felt a bit more at ease.

The appointment was for my daughter and She had a picture of a hairstyle she had wanted for over two years. I was reluctant because it was a short hairstyle and I have never had good luck with getting any place to cut my hair exactly how a picture I wanted. So, I had warned her not to get her hopes up.

From the moment I walked in I was already impressed because everyone working was very friendly to everyone and immediately checked us in. My daughter was scheduled with Lisa.

She was absolutely AMAZING! She asked me to sit beside them so she could refer back to the picture. As I watched from afar as she washed my daughter’s hair I could hear her talking to her and she was just so sweet and attentive to my daughter’s comfort.

Today was my daughter’s 16th birthday. When everyone found out they all went crazy with excitement for her. Lisa made sure the hairstyle was absolutely perfect with the picture before we left. I could not believe it! I was in total shock at how perfect and beautiful my daughter looked I started to cry!

Lisa made our day! Everyone was so kind and we just really enjoyed our day! We just found our new hair place!
