Josh and his staff were great. I was on a time crunch and they got me in and out quickly. We did discuss setting up a new plan when I had more time since the scan showed I figured out how to maintain where I'm at.

Every time I go into a Supplement Superstore customer service is top notch and yesterday when I went to the Washington location it was just that once again. Richard and the other young man who were working or awesome and super helpful. Will definitely be back!

Love the water bottle they give out as soon as you walk in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Found the perfect peanut butter protein and they helped me with a simple meal plan. Awesome place in my opinion

A weight loss journey can be a long and often very lonely road! I can honestly say that’s not the case with Supplement Superstores by your side! In April 2021, I walked into the Washington, Missouri location for the first time, afraid that I’d face judgement from the employees for having spent 10 years on a weight loss rollercoaster. In all that time I’d been in and out of the gym and buying supplements online, but still had no clue as to what I was taking or why I was taking it. My initial fears about the judgment I’d face from the team at Supplement Superstores couldn’t have been more wrong! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and a “hey brother, how are you doing today? ” I thought for sure a strong sell for every supplement under the sun was coming, but it never did! I spent about 30 minutes in the store talking with the staff about my decade long weight loss battle! We talked about my struggles, my diet, my mindset, and my goals. We talked about how I’d lose 10lbs and then gain 20. They even had me step on the body scanner and when I wasn’t thrilled with the results, they talked me through them, explaining all the details of the scan in a manner that made sense to me. At the end of all this they said “here’s how we can help” rather than “here’s all the magic products you need to be taking. ”

People are always surprised to hear that I walked out of the store that day with nothing but a print-out of my body scan results and a written meal plan! That’s right, they spent 30 minutes with me and I spent $0 in the store that day! However, I’ve been back many times since and there’s no place else I’d rather go! They showed me how I was actually not eating enough throughout the day, especially when it came to protein, which resulted in binge eating at night! They took the time to educate me and help me see all the pieces of the puzzle I had been missing for 10 years!

Now 19 months later I’ve lost 100 lbs that I struggled to lose for a decade! Not only have I finally reached many of my biggest goals and overcome my greatest challenges, but I now have the confidence to continue raising the bar for myself! I even made a few friends along the way because that’s what the team at Supplement Superstores is to me! They’re my friends! They even hooked me up with a custom S2 onesie for my newborn son! I love going to the store for a visit (as do my wife and children). I’ve also made many friends and have become part of a very special community through S2’s Operation Transformation Challenges. This community has taught me that I don’t need to go through this journey alone!

The team at Supplement Superstores has proven to me that they really care about the people that come through the door and their individual results, not just moving the products on the shelves! They’ve got a customer for life!

Once again S2 comes to the rescue. I needed to restock since I will be recovering from an upcoming surgery. Jon Thiel took time out of his day to work with me on nutrition choices, calorie deficit ideas, flavors of protein, etc. I feel so blessed to have the S2 group behind me while on my journey…. And I get my items shipped to Alabama in a quick way…. Love S2!
