10Changed their hours now anyone that doesn’t get off work by 5pm can’t shop there. Hours used to be 8pm! Bad move!
Inside is filthy. Everything is dusty. It's like they don't clean the displays at all. So much of the store is disorganized with product everywhere, sometimes spilling out of boxes. It feels like rummaging around someone's garage. The front counter is absolutely flooded with junk. The parking lot looks like it took mortar fire. I only go here in desperation.
Good store. Be careful in the parking lot! Very needful of repairs. Many obstacles and pot holes. Evey one was pleasant.
Poor customer service, cashier was very rude, no one was around to help directly with finding what I needed.
I come here with some regularity. They sell locks, lumber, and key making services. I'm not sure where they stand price wise, but the prices seem reasonable to me, and I am unemployed.
I called them first and they said they had the part I needed. Drove to town to get the part and they did not have it. I was not surprised!
This place is always a pleasure! Staff is as helpful as they possibly can be. Sutherlands is always my first choice for home improvement stuff.
Very unprofessional, just a bunch of teens trying to run the store. No one ask you if you need, help no one knows nothing, make sure you know the price of your item, it is sometimes incorrect when you go to check out, usually costing way more then as marked.
Best kind of hardware store, good selection and you don't get hounded by employees but they are there if you need them.
One of the employees, did not catch his names, older, bald, with glasses. Was completely rude to my grandpa and I. I needed help finding some supplies for my grandpa and could not find them so I asked him for help. He was rude the first time and walked off without helping. I had called my grandpa to ask him to talk to the guy so he could help me since I didn't think I was explaining it correctly. I was up to the employee and ask him if he will talk to my grandpa to help me out. He rolled his eyes and grabbed my phone and talked to my grandpa, started arguing with him, walked to where the supplies were, had the phone down by his side, and he proceeded to cuss and I quote, "I'm not a complete dumb a**, I know what I'm f*****g talking about. " Grabbed the item, shoved it into my stomach, handed me back my phone, walked off. He continued to cuss saying, "Don't talk to me like I'm f*****g stupid. " Kicked some wood that was on the floor, went up front and continued to run his mouth about my grandpa to other employees and in front of other customers. When I went to check out, I should've just left and went somewhere else but I need the supplies and I was already there for 30 minutes because no one could help me, he was up there talking to another employee in between 2 customers and said, "you need to come to the back to help this guy because he has a stick up his a**. " Talking about another customer. I am so disappointed that you have people like this working for you. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and my boyfriend and his family for over 10 years. We will no longer be buying from your company due to how rudely my grandpa and myself were treated. It's a shame the manager sees this happening and does nothing about it. We live near by and are remodeling our house, always use your store for supplies but, from now on we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope this does not happen to anymore customers but, I'm sure it will if he is still there.
