Swade Dispensary St. Peters, St Peters MO

I went in to purchase a cartridge and battery. I told the budtender that. I purchase my cartridge for $74 thinking my battery is in the bag, not there, I open the cartridge box thinking the battery’s in there it is not either. I go back and ask for battery but they don’t have any to sell and then wouldn’t return my cartridge. I mean how can this happen? First timers need a battery. They should ask that and listen to their customers. Bad customer service.

The employees here are amazing. Always hold a conversation with you and a smile on their faces. My favorite was over hearing them explain things to an elderly man. They were so patient and so sweet as they try to explain it to him. They all are wonderful.

Always kind as can be and very very pleasant. These people are pros from the door to the back. I love that you’re my favorite dispensary.

Excellent dispensary but may need to grow a little to accommodate the new influx of recreational users.

The new flower pricing system at Swade is disappointing for me. Now I shop around online. So far, prices are better elsewhere.

Went in for my favorite blueberry muffin, got the goods and left. Upon opening at home, the smell wasn't right. I got biscotti somehow, even with the receipt showing blueberry muffin. Oh well, drove back up to swap.

I had 3 different people ask me why I opened it. It was like I was trying to scam them? Super awkward, and I felt like I did something wrong. Eventually the boss said just give him the blueberry muffin. No apology, and didn't get to keep their mistake either. Felt like a criminal on the drive home, just like the old days.

Check your product before you leave, if you appreciate your time.

Was not to impressed. Very basic operation not a very big selection. Could not see what you were buying. You had a piece of paper to look at to decide what you wanted. Some product I picked they were out of. I know the recreational part of it is just now starting to take off, but they need a whole new system on how they're doing it inside.
I hit up a dispensary out in Colorado 4 years ago when I was on vacation and I was impressed with that. It was kind of set up like a jewelry store. Everything was under glass you could see what you were buying. You had little cards next to it they gave you all the information you needed. Here it was like shopping online in-store, you had no idea what you was getting. I just hope after a year or so they will up their game on the in-store experience.

I am so happy for all the help I get from the employees on my purchases. Max is such a great help even an Old hippie like me could learn something new from a young man like him. Love, love, this place.

Everyone here is incredible. The products speak for themselves. The employees and service are unparalleled to anywhere else. This is my favorite dispo. Shout out to Trinity and Max- they’ve helped me the most and sometimes just a smile goes a real long way.
